Fresh Car Valeting Swansea

We’ve been having our car cleaned for a few months with Fresh Car and I can’t recommend them enough. I love how simple it is to book using their app and payment is taken by subscription. So you don’t have to keep remembering. Our car gets cleaned to a very nigh standard using products which won’t degrade your cars paint work over time. The gentleman that cleans our car is lovely, turns up on time and nothing is too much trouble.

Lee is a star. He’s helpful and friendly and very professional. The car was looking showroom good when he’d finished. Highly recommended.

Had my car cleaned inside for the cost of £115. I was away on holiday when the vehicle got done, returned home to it yesterday and I’ve never seen such a poor excuse of a clean in my life, looks like he has just hoovered for £115, steering wheel not cleaned, seats not cleaned, carpet still dirty, will never use this company again! I’m in the swansea area so look out with the guy who covers this area

Had a full interior sterilisation as a birthday gift. Absolutely excellent quality of work, very polite and will be using them again!

Swansea area. Absolute joke of a company…wishing could leave no stars! I’d booked my car in online to have a mini valet. I’m disabled so thought I’d try a mobile car cleaning company for ease of use. I wanted a freshen up for my mobility car before handing it back. The appointment time came, nobody turned up. Like the website said I left it half hour before trying to contact them. I tried the number in the email(which I assume was the guy that was supposed to be cleaning my car), no answer. I tried the main number, no answer. I tried chat, nobody online to answer. In the end I used WhatsApp to contact to person who was supposed to coming to do the valet. He finally replied via WhatsApp (45 minutes after the supposed appointment) saying there were problems with the new system and he could come in 3 days time. This was no good to me as I was handling the car back before then. I’m absolutely livid that I trusted this company, wasted a day.. leaving me one day to find somewhere else. I paid online…waiting on the refund. I’ve luckily found a local valet company who were very kind, professional and have gone out of their way to fit me in tomorrow. My advice is find a local company and speak to a real person before booking!

Jon has been valeting my vehicles every 2 weeks for the past 3 years and has always done an excellent job, his attention to details has always been exceptional and value for money. I would highly recommend Jon.

What a waste of money DO NOT bother... 80pound 2 hour clean John in swansea area came to do the car I had a family issue so asked my father in law to check work, he didn't have his glasses on so didnt look fully when I got home the car was awful John has missed wiping down major spots that are key areas of the car...raised issue within minutes of being home and got told an 80 pound 2 hour clean is not enough to wipe down the everyday bits on seats...ridiculous had this done ready for a wedding wish I had stuck with the normal corner car cleaner...massively disappointed would NEVER use again and advise against wasting your money too...

Excellent service, prompt, thorough and friendly

Fantastic job as the car was in need of a thorough clean. Wheels came up sparkling, stubborn marks on upholstery gone. Interior including plastic, dash and floors really clean . Car looks almost new again.

This was the service I received from Lee (Carmarthenshire area). Product residue, smears everywhere, bird poo stains all over, he didn’t even bother washing the roof. Product smears all inside the car also. He did the whole car in 50 minutes, and I was charged £50 for this ‘professional valet’ AVOID

Made my car look like it was straight out of the show room. 10/10 would recommend.
