£18 for valet wanted £25 just because there was 3 cup holders on the floor, bearing in mind I'd cleaned up rest of the rubbish and put it in a bag ready to dump , total rip off bell ends. Also watched them cleaning other cars just throwing the rubbish on the ground and not picking it up.

Avoid this place at all costs! Extremely unhygienic environment and highly unprofessional staff. The owner speaks Romani/Gypsy. I paid them £35, only to find out they stole £150 from my car. Save your money and your safety do not go there

Tried charging for something I didn't ask for and then shouting and swearing, verbally trying to intimidate to get more money would not recommend. I Believe the man in the photo is the director of the business and also the one that was threatening.

Diabolical service from an employee and the owner Soran Kakaulla. Ripped off van trim and smashed wing mirror whilst cleaning van. Refused to accept responsiblity and shouted at to leave. Avoid at all cost. Not even worth the 1 star that google makes you select before reviewing.

Yes they're experts at scratching cars badly. he threw the washmitt on the ground, picked up stones, and then washed the rear of my car

Took my car in yesterday around 5:45 didn’t even ask inside or outside, done the outside I never asked for, when I said inside only they were like no we’ve done outside already I said but I only came here for inside response was basically we’ve done outside now so either take both or leave it. I was expecting a charge of £20 after looking inside the fee magically goes from 20 to 25 even tho it states prices there. So after doing the outside there was no arranged time to one back Thsi was at 5:45, so I asked the person what time shall I come back all I had was whenever. Do some errands in the area come back at 6:30-6:40 no one was there and seemed to have locked up no number to call no point of contact to get my car back until the following morning! Went back the next morning at 8:30 proceeded to argue with me to say oh we told you come back at a certain time to which I said no I was only told come back whenever with no closing time stated. The guy said Yh we close at 6, if that’s the case why take a car in at 5:45 knowing you close in 15 minutes. After this short argument they then proceeded to sort of refuse to give me my car key back as I stated I’m here for my car pointed it out and reg plate and they kept asking why I was there and which car I’m here for. After this small debacal off trying to get my car key back, they then still asked me which car is mine and proceeded to say it was my fault that I never turned up, so they decided to just lock up and leave. No words for this interaction , from having my car taken in just before closing, with a service I didn’t ask for, charged more than it states, not telling a time or time frame to return. For the car and then proceededing to just lock up with no car until the next morning and then seemingly be refused to give me my car key back

They stole my passport out of my glovebox. I had been to a job interview where they asked for my passport. My glove box is full of receipts as I'm self-employed and the usual car wash I take it to never go inside there for that reason. They see the receipts and leave it. These guys went in there and stole my passport from the bottom of it. Reported it to the police but nothing was done as no proof. Two fully grown men took advantage of me as a young woman by herself. They have all my information and god knows what they will do with my passport. Disgusting

Paid £28 and they didn't even bother cleaning the dash, wouldn't go back there.

Good price. The lads did a fab job cleaning my car inside and out. I have quite a few car decor bits and bobs stuck around and they were careful with everything (just silly little Sanrio merchandise stuck to my dash🤣). Thanks so much!

Honestly, a poor job.. car isn't cleaned properly.. I found tree leaves, trash and dirt under the seats, and in the boot .. there were also remaining coffee stains in the cup holder .. All of that after paying 25 pounds and going back twice after I found they didn't vacuum the boot. I won't be going back

Have never had the interior cleaned here but the job they do on the outside is fantastic, can't fault it at all. They're super efficient and fast, very reasonable prices too - only a fiver for the exterior! I drive a convertible, and one thing I like is that they've always checked before cleaning the roof, which most places won't do (it's recommended to wash the fabric by hand as regular valet chemicals can be too harsh on the fibres, apparently). They bring my alloys up a treat and have never left dirty streak marks on the body either. Would 100000% recommend :)
