I picked up my new Volvo EX30 Cross Country from FRF Volvo over 2 weeks ago and was so pleased with the new vehicle. A week later I gave her the first wash to find a film of white paint specks all over the top, rear and back doors( SHOCK AND REALY NOT HAPPY), WHERE DID IT COME FROM ???????🥵. I was recommend by FRF to take her to Hawke Details, and what a result !! They came to my location and picked the car up and returned it 4 hrs later. What a job over the moon with the result, all paint specks have gone and it feels and looks like it did when I picked it up from FRF. I would highly recommend Josh Price and the company to any one who is stressed with the body condition of their vehicle. They are friendly, very professional and knowledgable. You will not be disappointed.😇🫡👌

Over the moon with my Ceramic treatment on my 330d Xdrive Touring. Ian and Jake were super friendly, helpful and did a cracking job. Ian's attention to detail is spot on and even noticed a slight misalignment on the bonnet during inspection, along with other dings and dents which I could not see! 5 stars to Hawke Detailing, would definitely recommend! These guys did an amazing job on my worn / tired Z3. Took it in for a machine polish, lights cleared up, valet, re-dyed and waterproofed the roof. They also added a wrap design I'd mocked up and linked up with the wheel specialist for the wheels. Whole thing was so cost effective and professionally done. These guys are such pros, unbelievably friendly and supportive. Anyone with a classic should consider taking it here and chatting to the team.

Payed for Seasonal Protection Package Friendly lads, good customer service and good pricing, would love to give 5 stars but they missed some brake dust on certain wheels, didn’t clean the inside of the wheel. But all around decent enough.

From start to finish, my experience with Hawke Details was excellent. I had the First Stage ceramic coating done and they did a fantastic job. Once completed, my car was absolutely gleaming under the coating. I am genuinely very happy. I had an excellent experience with Ian at Hawke Details, from start to finish. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and pride in their work truly stands out. My car looked better than the day I drove it off the lot. The paint protection film (PPF) application was flawless—clean edges, no bubbles, and perfectly aligned. They took the time to explain the process, the benefits of PPF, and how to properly care for it afterward, which I really appreciated. You can tell they use high-quality materials and don’t cut corners. Communication was clear, the timeline was exactly as promised, and the shop was clean and well-organized. Ian is by far the best car detailer in the Swansea area. I have been using Ian for 8 years. He has worked on several cars including Maserati, Jaguar and Audi. Amazing work

Great job on my 12 year old car paint work is really improved and body work looked great. Same care put into all cars. Definitely recommend if your looking for a high end detailer.
