The Carwash Company, Walthamstow

After booking online inside & outside cleaning (almost £30), brought my car in and I was told the clean I booked wasn’t sufficient because of the state of the car rugs (removable and not too dirty, just needed vacuuming), and that needed to pay extra £60 - but they would do me a favor and leave it half price for me - so meaning I ended up paying £60 overall. My car was still dusty inside when I picked it up, and the window cleaning marks were very visible after. Not using it again!

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. They used a waterless car wash method, and immediately after the service I noticed extensive scratch marks across multiple panels of my vehicle. The scratches are consistent with improper technique and contaminated cloths, suggesting a clear lack of care and professional standards. My car was in good condition prior to the wash, and the damage was noticeable as soon as the service was completed. A waterless wash requires a high level of expertise and strict procedures, which were clearly not followed in this case. I would strongly caution others, especially those who care about their vehicle’s paintwork, before using this service. Unfortunately, this experience has resulted in damage rather than maintenance.
