IMO Car Wash

Quite disappointed by the service. The car was still not clean and the workers were quite rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I had a great experience at IMO Car Wash in Tesco Ponders End. The staff were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. My car was cleaned thoroughly inside and out, leaving it looking spotless. The service was quick, the attention to detail was excellent, and I was very happy with the result. I would definitely recommend this car wash and will be coming back again. Thank you!

Solid wash job and decent shine afterwards, lads operating the drive through wash were efficient and friendly enough. One of the lads there will give you a rough clean with some soap and a jet wash before going into the automatic bit. Leaves a few small beads of water around so if you're extra picky then bring a drying cloth with you, or just drive around for a couple of minutes and that'll get rid of those little spotty bits that the automatic dryer can't get. Will visit again. Hassle free and does pretty good for a job fairly quickly.

Great service from friendly staff. A clean car, my only complaint would be that it doesn’t dry the car particularly well and therefore leaves water marks unless you wipe it over afterwards.

so much disappointed about the service i spent 13 pounds and the machine wasn't loaded with the chemicals just washed my car with dry water a lot of water stains left after all without shine

Worst customer service with rude attitude every time I get my car washed, no washing foam dirt left on main body panels. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T GO!!

Second time disappointed. Last both side off bottom of doors was look like hasn’t been touched. This time dryer wasn’t working properly, l couldn’t see from windscreen. Of course all over car was water marks. When told attendants, he said he can see that but he didn’t do anything. He could off dry it with cloth or pass me a cloth so l could do itmy self. I would off ask for compansation but he disappear. I paid £9 for nothing. I could off pay £10 for hand wash. Shame for imo , shame for Tesco to employ them. I gave 1 star because no chance for zero or minus.

Absolutely rubbish compared to the leyton Asda Imo. Paid for ultra HD, no wheel alloy clean because the machine was frozen. The guy literally only washed the back window with a brush for 5 seconds. The machine wash itself was terrible, all the different soaps and treatments had exactly the same colour unlike the asda one which are all distinct! To finish the con off no blow dry at the end (again leyton asda has this ) so overall a £13 robbery for a 60s incomplete carwash. Absolutely insulting quality and service. We will never return and we recommend you avoid it.

Was good 10 years ago now it’s rubbish. Car doesn't get dried properly and they don’t use filtered water so just come out with water stains all over. Car looked better before the wash. Wouldn't recommend

No grease spray, car come out dirtier then it want in , the rotating drying towels were disgustingly dirty, the air dryer didn't dry shit....

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit here. After getting my car washed, I noticed once I got home that the headlight washer cap on my front bumper had been blown off, likely from the jet washer they used. The cap was definitely in place before the wash, and I only drove straight home afterwards, so it clearly happened there. I understand accidents can happen, but there was no care or inspection afterwards, and I wasn’t made aware of any issue. Now I’m left having to sort out and replace the missing part myself. I’d recommend they use a bit more caution with pressure washing, especially around delicate trim and fittings.

Only one staff and paid for HD wash £13 only had splash of soap from the machine and water drier did not work properly cloths at the end left dust. The machine need service and they need someone who knows right settings.
