CPV Hand Car Wash

Really recommend it! Great teamwork service 👏

What a terrible experience!! They lack good customer service and poor car wash service considering the amount they charge( £22). First time i went their with my wife, so many parts of the car wasn't properly cleaned, i ended up cleaning the places myself. After my first bad experience, i went back again, hoping the first time experience was just a one off. Lo and behold, it was a horror show. So i told one of the guys to pls clean below the car as he didnt clean the other side properly( i did it myself ). He was so rude telling me, "i shouldn't tell him what to do until he finishes". I told him straight up, "if you had done your job well, i wouldn't have to remind you". He then started speaking his language so i won't hear what he was saying about me to his colleagues. These guys just clean the obvious areas quickly and go to the next car. They are not bothered. Pls do not take your car there. The service is not worth it.

I went the first time and gave them 5/5 stars for cleaning the outside of my car, and a rave review. Then and the second and paid for an inside and outside job. They did the absolute worst! I told them not to put oil on my leather seats, I wanted a matte finish (how leather should be) instead they made them sooo shiny and covered in oil, same as my steering wheel. I also paid for a wax & polish outside, they did not do this but charged me. The worst quality work & products, don’t waste your time or money.

Very rude behaviour from staff member this morning, I went clean my car, but instead of getting service the staff member were very rude and unprofessional. I have left

Poor service, unfriendly staff, and a very high price compared to the quality.
