Uk1 Car Wash

Dont go they start to rinse the car then as they are doing that they start washing !!!without even properly rinsing the car 1st !! I spend vast amounts keeping the body work up to show room condition !!they have no idea how to wash a car properly...stopped using places like this as they costs hundreds of £s to remove the swirls and fine scratches they leave in the paintwork! Cars are expensive they have no respect for the value of cars

Upon retrieving my vehicle post-service, I immediately noticed significant damages that were not present prior to the car wash. The exterior of my car now bears scratches, presumably incurred during the cleaning process. Furthermore, the screen within the vehicle displays noticeable scratches, whilst malfunctioning likely due to negligence during the cleaning. Additionally, the seat belt alarm system is now also malfunctioning, an issue that was non-existent prior to the car wash. Furthermore, when I approached your staff to explain the damages and seek resolution, I was met with appalling verbal abuse. Despite maintaining a polite demeanor, I was subjected to horrific swear words and verbal mistreatment. Such behavior is utterly unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of your establishment. As a loyal paying customer, of 10+ years I had anticipated a level of service that aligns with the fee I paid. However, the damages incurred during what was supposed to be a routine service, coupled with the verbal abuse I endured, are intolerable. In light of the aforementioned issues, I request immediate reimbursement for the cost of the car wash service, as well as compensation for the damages sustained to my vehicle. Additionally, I demand a formal apology for the verbal abuse I experienced from your staff member. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss a resolution to this dispute. I expect a swift and satisfactory response to ensure that this matter is resolved efficiently.

I been to there this car wash they very rude and didn’t my car nice I paid 30£ and I have to go wash it again and when I come out from the car wash my tyre punctured straight away I take it to garage there was a big niddle in my tyre

Change the price accordingly the face of the person, charged many times 25£ for a van wash increase for 30£ because the person face. Avoid this car wash, go instead to the other one around the corner Alma Road (2roads down), better price, kindly, professional and clean much better, details is something the other company won’t care.

I like to be honest this place in a pinch works but it’s very sketch. Like most places it’s been going down hill and I put my last few cleans down to being busy. However today I was the only person there and my car still has dust on the dash marks on the windows and dirt on the paint work. My kids level of clean so they have lost a customer.

A bit like my mechanic, i only allows a few people to touch my car. The guys and girls here are amazing. Been bring all my cars here and one other place. They wash the car as if it were their own.

I always use this car wash it's the best in the area I have always found the people very friendly and they have a very good system that ensures the car is washed quickly efficiently and to a very high standard

Probably the rudest people ever - having been going here for some time, I was blown away by the incredibly shocking language and behaviour. I do not appreciate being sworn at by unbelievably rude people.. we won't be going back here ever again - plenty of others who do a decent job - and sadly the response from the owner was total rubbish - they had washed it only the week before - amongst other times - it gets done elsewhere now and no I wasn't parked in their spaces or blocking anywhere it was at the very rear of the space belonging to the ar garage... they are liars as well as nasty
