Alberto Hand Car Wash & Valeting Centre

I've been coming here for 15 years but I think has changed staff. The staff I've never seen before was very abrupt and over charged me or the prices have suddenly increased. The job wasn't done properly and rather rushed. I will never come back here again.

They don't know how to do DEEP CLEANING

I personally wouldn’t recommend this car wash. To start with, their prices don’t correspond with their banner. We were charged £20 for in and out wash. The wash was like in all the other car washes around here, not the best. I definitely won’t be taking my car here again.

I have been using Alberto’s car wash for over 2 decades now - I literally pass by so many closer car washes because I appreciate and value to service with Alberto and his team. Today I bought my love bug for a clean 🧼 🚙 I was embarrassed, she literally had green fungi growing from the windows as I hadn’t washed her for a while, and there were dog hairs from walks with my puppy 🐶 Yet again, this wasn’t too much for Alberto and his friendly and capable team. They went above and beyond to ensure my car was cleaned to a high standard. I am so happy with their quick and reliable service. My car is literally sparking clean 🧼 🚙

Owners an arrogant crap 24 quid for in n out?? Then goes on about profits, energy prices and doesnt like workinh with cab drivers😂😂

Went for an in and out plus a deep clean of my front seat. In and out was great as you would expect. Deep clean of seat resulted in a wash of the seat, a scrub of the seat and finally a wet vacuum. Overrall I was happy with the service and only an extra £10 for the seat.

I used to go to Alberto's car wash regularly before Covid as I was very satisfied with their service. I know that many have felt the financial sting of lost income during the pandemic. However, yesterday I chose to get the car washed at the £18 as advertised on their bill board. When it came to pay "Mr. Alberto" held the card machine away from my view, so it was too late to check the total before it got tapped, when I asked simultaneously it's £18, yes? he replied £20 - and he added "with card". I felt cheated, and asked that he honour his advertised prices or add the additional cost to the board. I asked for the £2 and he had the coin swiftly ready in his pocket to refund me. Companies cannot pass on their debit or credit card charges to the client. Just not good nor honest practice. I wonder how many women he does this too, or does he do this to men too? Imagine 30-40 people or more per day x £2 and see how much dishonest profit he/they make. And how many of us check the totals before tapping the card. I always do, and this time I was caught off guard. I will not be returning (hence the 1 star rating ).

I’ve been using Alberto’s since his Brimsdown Avenue start many years ago and followed him with the subsequent move to Makro. The staff have changed over the years but the boss Alberto and the amazing quality of cleaning is still the same. Prices increased post Covid due to his costs increasing but I still wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mark

Overpriced for an average at best job.

The cleaning itself is good, the prices are high and the customer service is poor. Personally, I won't be returning back. Good luck.

Great service restored very dirty vehicle and interior to brand new, would thoroughly recommend, best in the area.
