Hand Car Wash Chase Side

Very disappointing service. The cleaning felt rushed, and the car was left noticeably dirty in several areas. There was little attention to detail, and I ended up having to finish the job myself at home. Not good value for money.

Was disappointed ☹️ The staff were nice but they left dirt spots in several places on the exterior and didn’t clean one of the seats I left a mat on - will have to do it myself. I remember it being much better

£45 car wash (detailed interior lol) Never seen such a horrible service. Zero attention better to get service in BP for £4 automat.

The worst car wash ever, don't waste your time and money

Do not use this place!! They don't pay attention and will scratch your car with the end of the power sprayer!!! And guess what.. deny any liability!!

Expensive

Hands down one of the worst car washes I’ve ever been to. Zero attention to detail and complete lack of effort from all the staff. Left with the wheel alloys still thick with dirt, the interior had dust and debris present, car mats were left completely wet and the body had countless water droplets everywhere because it wasn’t wiped down properly. Hack job and waste of money!

I took a compact SUV for an "in and out" (wash and vacuum) and was charged £30 cash. The same as a 4×4 or MPV. Clearly there is an over reliance on pressure washing with little hand washing taking place, resulting in dirt still being present following the so called wash. The overall quality of work was poor. This business offers very poor value for money.

I had a terrible experience at this car wash. The staff were extremely unprofessional, rude, and seemed like they were being forced to work. They rushed through the job without any attention to detail, leaving my car barely cleaned. The inside was still dirty, and it was clear they didn’t bother to do a proper job. It felt like they were just pretending to be busy rather than actually washing the cars properly. Definitely not worth the money. If you're looking for a quality car wash, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place!

Disappointed, just had the outside cleaned so you don’t get out to inspect it after but got home and the wheels still look flithy, dirty on the front, had to go round the whole car drying the water off. They charged me £20 as it was a “big car” Tiguan, rip off!! Won’t be going back.

Extremely poor level of attention to detail on the bodywork and wheel cleaning and no tyre dressing applied, given the £20 cost for exterior only! Very disappointing…

Dropped by for wash with new car on way to delivery - entrance signage not clear, although pretty good job, drying off could improve. Please invest in some steps/platform to stand on to wash/dry roof I dont like you having to stand on sills of vehicle - not ideal. Card or cash payment. Thanks guys.

Great job. 5 guys worked simultaneously on washing my car. They did an amazing job and the cost was fair.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. They shouted at me, were dismissive and didn’t clean the car properly. Avoid this place and try the other car wash. These people do not know anything about customer service and are massively over priced. Cowboys would be a good word to describe them.

Great service

Terrible car wash. No attention to detail shown. They charged £35 for mini valet but did an absolute terrible job. Worst thing is after the ‘car wash’ my car absolutely stank inside. I don’t know what they used to ‘clean’. Do yourself a favour and don’t ever go there.

Always perfect clean, prices as everywhere else if not lower, friendly, professional staff. Fantastic experience!
