Paid £50 for a in and out and wax , on arriving home I noticed the passenger side was still dirty so car had not been waxed ( or cleaned properly) gave them a message but nothing done about it , I now use jh detailing and do a proper job every time ,

Quite disappointing, took the OCD package (£65 at the time) but this was nothing more than a standard clean at any other car wash (which would have cost £20). There was no more attention to detail than elsewhere and there were plenty of areas on the car that had not been cleaned properly. I had to go over it again myself at home. Funny thing is that the car had been cleaned a week before so it should have been in a pretty good state for them to make it spotless but that didn't happen. They were polite and friendly however so the stars mostly reflect that.

Booked for first time- Easy booking system. On time, no fuss and an extremely good job done. Well worth the price and I would have tipped double if I wasn't currently between jobs. Definitely recommend and will be a regular from today. Nice one guys, thank you.

Having used their mobile services and car wash unit, it was an excellent service from start to finish. Extremely satisfied with the level of detail and the wash, would highly recommend! They go above & beyond with the small details that make a difference. Their prices are reasonable & they don't rush you along for the sake of getting the job done.

I paid for the Ultimate Wash package and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a valet service. Before the valet, my car had no gearbox issues whatsoever. I simply asked for the area around the gear selector to be wiped down as part of the interior clean. After the valet, my car immediately went into limp mode, and the Park, Reverse, Neutral and Drive indicator lights were all flashing then turnt off. My car remained in limp mode for around a week. I believe excessive water was used around the gear selector, which caused the problem. Despite this, the company refused to accept any responsibility. When I requested a partial refund, it was also refused. I was told that the gearbox area hadn’t been cleaned, which makes no sense because I specifically asked for that area to be wiped down as part of the service. If they’re saying it wasn’t cleaned, then that raises questions about why I was charged for a full interior clean. The interior itself was also left in a poor state. My seats were soaked, and there were puddles of water left on the floor. When I raised this, I was told my car had a ventilation issue. If they genuinely believed there was a ventilation issue, they should have removed the excess water from the seats instead of leaving them saturated. On top of that, the quality of the cleaning was disappointing. The headlining wasn’t cleaned, the sides of the seats were missed, and the seat pockets were still dirty. The overall attention to detail fell well below what I expected from their premium “Ultimate Wash” package. Overall, I paid for a premium service but received an incomplete clean, a water-soaked interior, and a car that developed serious gearbox issues immediately afterwards. The refusal to acknowledge my concerns or offer even a partial refund made the experience even more disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Best in the game, they wash my car monthly. Good people, good work, good price. Highly recommend if you care about your car.

Highly recommend Deren and his team. I brought my R8 for full PPF and they did an amazing job. If you care about your car, bring it to them !!!

This is the best car wash I ever used. Price reasonable. Only thing is the drive in route is challenge as you have to drive into the car wash plot via a narrow route packed with cars and occasionally you may need to reverse out first if another vehicle blocks your way in.

Attention to detail is huge! Hidden gem in Enfield. Highly recommend!

Horrible, loud, causes people speeding up and down green lanes taking over the cycle lane, the foot path and making so much noise all the time with these ugly cars
