IMO Car Wash

Avoid them…… THEY DON’T LIKE THEIR JOBS OR WHAT THEY DOING RUDE , NO MANNERS DOES NOT KNOW WHAT RESPECTIVE WAY OF TALKING TOWARDS PEOPLE TREATING PEOPEL HERE LIKE THEY TREAT PEOPLE BACK WHERE THEY FROM if you move a inch of wheel to go forward they get mad about it and don’t use their sprays or washing shampoo no communication, argue back, yell, telling you to shut up, take things at extreme level threat! they expect from you to know everything then they avoid giving the service if you make any wrong move looks like they look for a reason to just rob you and not provide the service you have asked for…. Pathetic! Shame! Beautiful town but people like them making it terrible experience

Very poor customer service. Absolutely shocking quality of clean for the price you pay. I have given this place a few chances, this is my last.

Nice staff

I have been going here for a year and never had any issues. However, the attendant serving me today (same guy who always washes the car initially and takes payment) was very rude. After following his instructions to go on the ramp he kept getting more aggressive and losing his temper. He pointed to the left so I went to the left and I think he was so angry he didn’t even realise his instructions were confusing and counterintuitive. Never had a problem before so didn’t understand the sudden change in personality. After winding down the window and asking what it is that he wanted me to do as I was confused, he shoved his hand in to the car and yanked my steering wheel then walked off. I get we all have bad days but I wouldn’t feel comfortable coming back here and will now take my business elsewhere.

Paid 16 quid for a wash that leaves white staines. On the bright side, the wash is very quick

This is a remarkably bad car wash! I'll run you through the experience. First you get to pay the stupidly high price for your selected wash. But really, it doesn't matter which one you choose, because it's pot luck as to which wash cycle your car will be put through! After you've paid you get to enjoy the luxurious attendant hand wash of your car. Or as I like to call it, the bit where the guys pick random parts of your vehicle to blast with the pressure washer while ignoring any of the actually dirty parts. Think they'd give the alloys a quick go over, think again! That notible bird poop that you definitely want removing, no way! Then comes the suprisingly exciting moment they hit a new random selection of your cars cleanest areas as hard as they can with a brush simultaneously ignoring any of the really dirty bits, exceptional service! Now for the automated wash sequence, which again as I mentioned before is a great game to play with the kids as you attempt to predict which of the over priced wash cycles you'll be treated to. Please don't promise the kids that there will be rainbow soap, because in all likelihood, you won't get it even if your paid for it. Smashing fun! Towards the end of the automatic wash you will struggle to contain your cries of joy as you see the visibly dirty rinse water sprayed all over your beloved car ready to dry into the prettiest water marks any car owner could possible want all over their car. All in all visiting this joke of a car wash is a 100% perfect example of how not to wash a car. Oh, and if you write a complaint to IMO on their website they will not respond they simply don't care. Great customer service on top of it all.

Paid for an uktrahd wash about a month ago, but the application only managed half the car. Guy said he would do a Fred wash next time I was in. Just been back and he denied all knowledge of it. What a con.

Good car wash and the lads are nice and friendly

I paid an extremely high amount for a very sloppy wash – a really poor one, in fact – and I left with the wheels still dirty on the inside, and they couldn’t even manage to clean the top of the rear windscreen of my Ford Puma. There are much cheaper car washes that do a better job or at least achieve the same result.

Very rud and un professional staff .

It's convenient and overall the car comes out looking cleaner. But, whatever wash I book on the app, I seem to get the exact same service and there are always large missed spots. Today I paid £12 and my front wheel rims are still filthy but the back wheels are spotless. Careless and feels like a con. Might as well book the cheapest wash, it comes out the same anyway.

There was no foam to clean the car. Windows look the same as before. Never going there again.

I moved forward in the line after I was gestured to move forward. Apparently an attendant was still washing the back (I couldn't see him) and came to my window to raise his voice at me in a threatening tone. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. They've lost my business.

Pretty good as they jet wash your car first but it's not perfect. Some places are still missed

Absolutely terrible. If you're a guy, don't expect the same “VIP” treatment they give women. I've been here multiple times—my car gets rushed, barely cleaned, while female customers get extra care and attention. The inconsistency is obvious and pathetic.

£21 for a fancy car wash which included a hand wash which they didn’t even bother to do. Bit of a con really. wheels don’t look like they have been washed at all.

Excellent job

I had a fantastic experience at IMO Car Wash. The team there are incredibly professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly. They took real care with my car, worked quickly without cutting corners, and made the whole visit easy and pleasant. It’s rare to find a place where the staff are both highly skilled and welcoming, but this team manages it effortlessly. Great service, great attitude, and a spotless result — I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
