IMO Car Wash

Wish they would keep the same staff. Today they are so rude and I will never be back. I know several people who use it and will no longer be back either.

Fantastic service, car looks like new despite me using as a builder van all week. I can’t believe how good it looks.

We had a full valet done on our car yesterday and again I couldn't fault it. Spotless and out.. Highly recommend!

Went in for a wash and valet despite being very busy thay said no problem very friendly and helpful guys . I left my car went shopping and when I finished my car was looking like new and smelled amazing my kids made so much mess and thay made the car look so new thank you so much guys will definitely be back

Must be new owners who are very rude no customer service skills, put a pound in the vaccine cleaner for it not to work apparently that’s my fault and wasn’t going to give a refund until I head insisted won’t be back

Wow! These guys are AMAZING!! I got my car fully valeted yesterday & believe me it was in big need of an epic, thorough clean). I can honestly say it's THE BEST valet I've ever had, even cleaner & shinier than when I first bought my car. Staff very helpful, friendly & polite, they fitted me in straight away & I was able to pick my car up the following day as if it were brand new again. It was like receiving a lovely, unexpected gift. Thank you so much. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I'll def be going back!!

Came here after being quoted £100 at another car valeting place and had my car done for half the price. The man did a fantastic job and was very friendly. Highly recommend and will be back! 🌟

Horrendous experience! Paid £10 deposit - no receipt or information given. Was unable to drop the car at 8am and didn’t have anyway to phone and let them know I was running behind. Arrived at 10am, offered to return the following day at 8am, to be advised that I had my lost my £10 deposit (as I was 2 hours late dropping off) and would need to pay full £70 valet cost…..where are those T&C’s!

Avoid. The attendant had parked his own car in the entrance and was hoovering it out. Didn’t even attempt to engage with us. Went to the other nearest one and exact same thing. Very unprofessional and waste of time, won’t be coming back!

I went this morning for a car wash and thought the customer service delivered by Martin was excellent and found the car wash to be very good. I will return again but next time for a valet.
