I recently came in for a full valet my car was a mess from kids.the worker were so helpful and kind. I was happy with the outcome my car smelt and looked so clean i was very pleased definitely recommend this car wash

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The team paid attention to every detail and got the car looking better than it has in months. The exterior was spotless, the interior was cleaned thoroughly, and all the little areas that usually get missed were done perfectly. Friendly staff, quick turnaround and great value for money. You can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be returning!

Very helpful staff

I’ve used this place a few times before, but this was the last time. My car was still dirty after the wash. I can’t recommend it anymore.

Very bad experience. They cleaned nothing after paying £20 for the premium

Staff told me the £6 wash was not working. Said I had to pay for the £7.50 wash. I declined and had to reverse out.

Now is 08:30AM Saturday, I went to wash my car and the car wash was closed.

Unable to do eco wash apparently. Only more expensive ones. Wouldnt use again

We have used this car wash for a while and generally like the results, but I wanted to share some feedback regarding the staff’s communication. A while back, we had an experience where the staff were convinced a car was braking when it was actually in neutral. Instead of checking calmly, the situation became very aggressive, with the emergency stop being used and a lot of shouting/banging on the machinery. It made the experience very stressful for a customer who was following all the rules. We still use this wash, but it would be great if management could train the team to handle these technical "misunderstandings" with a bit more patience and less aggression. It’s a great wash otherwise!

Had my (filthy) car cleaned with the full valet service, results were amazing, feels like a brand new car! Highly recommend

Impressed with a recent visit to this branch, our car was valeted to an excellent standard for the price (£45 including external wash) - particularly considering it took less than 40 mins. Unfortunately don't have before pictures to show the improvement, but we have a dog and they managed to remove all trace of mud/hair. Great professional service from Ash, will definitely return.

Great service today when I went to use this car wash today. I needed change to use the vacuum and was allowed to use the valet equipment. Very friendly, I will definitely use again.

Went shopping at asda and decided to get car washed seen thay pretty decent priced valets so left the car and come back after shopping and the car was amazing and smells great guys very friendly amd helpful will definitely be back great job guys

Shit job not sure if they are all legal 1 never had a clue 1 was arrogant arse and the could not under stand me. Would not recommend or go back. Car was as filthy as it went in. If I had a complaint contact customer services and a see you later.
