Went to get my car washed, and they missed huge sections on nearly every panel. I went back and showed the owner, pointing out the areas they’d worked on — they’ve left swirl marks all over, essentially damaging the paint. The owner tried to justify it and shift the blame, but the fact is the car had a 2-stage polish not long ago and they were advised of this before they started washing car, this was the very first wash since then. They’ve ruined the paintwork, and it now needs another full paint correction Absolute cowboys. AVOID AT ALL COST

Best hand car wash I’ve ever used in Edinburgh. All the guys are professional at thire job great team and top job for full valet and reasonable price though compared to others. They are quick but sometimes getting busy as it's but they use top-quality products as far as I've asked. you don't have to be worried about your car. and outstanding results. My car shines like it just came from the showroom.

I booked a mini valet and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. The car was cleaned to a high standard and looked fantastic afterwards. Definitely recommend.

Decided to ignore the bad reviews and give this place a try. The quality of the wash was poor, with 2 mitts used throughout without a single soak to rid them of grit and mud, and several streaks present. The attendant sheepishly told me at the end of the wash that he'd managed to break off two of my centre caps during the wash which he claimed "wasn't his fault". Needless to say I won't be returning

Took my car here today thinking it’s not ideal but would do a job to get the worst of the winter muck off. Started to get concerned when I saw the car in front of me washed with 2 mitts which didn’t have a single rinse through the whole time they went over the car back to front, meaning grit is in defect just smeared all over the car. Got home, the car is absolutely covered in micro scratches and swirls. Great place to go if you want serious damage inflicted to your vehicle. Gutted.

3 lanes only 1 go spend there 40 minutes. Cars who came before me been done before my car was even splashed. Not recommend

Being going here for years, BIG SIGN with all the prices however today instead of my usual £15 he wants to charge me £20 excessive dirt and on the tyres. I had to educate him a little as this is a car wash I’m sitting in and your job is to clean motors I will not go into the others comments I made absolutely shocking never be back
