Missed a couple of places when washing. Had to pay by bank transfer as I had no cash-some confusion over that as I checked if that was ok but then later it was questioned who told me that.

Very very very worst clean too much Disappointment. I had a Mini Valet car wash done. They are the worst car washes in the world. I asked the owner if the car was dirty after washing it. He said openly that your car was dirty and that's all we can clean. If that's the case, then you should let him wash the new car in the showroom without any dirt. I know that this owner will answer this review with ignorance. So I will make it very clear. I washed it with a Mini Valet wash, its main feature is cleaning the exterior and interior glass and especially the carpet. See how badly they cleaned my carpet mat in the video I recorded. I am sharing this on my Facebook, Instagram and my Whatsapp group of friends. Please, no one goes here and gets cheated. I humbly request you.

I had a very bad experience at this car wash and would strongly advise others to avoid it. While guiding me forward, the staff instructed me to keep moving but failed to remove a step/stool that had been used to reach the top of the car. As a result, my car was scratched along the side. When I raised this with the staff, they immediately denied responsibility and claimed I must have hit a curb — despite the scratch being in the middle of the car, which clearly doesn’t make sense. When I asked what I had supposedly driven over, they couldn’t give a proper answer and instead started pointing out unrelated marks on the car. The situation was made worse by their attitude, with one staff member making unprofessional comments about the condition of my car rather than addressing the issue. Overall, very poor service, no accountability, and unprofessional behaviour. I would not trust them with my vehicle.

Handy place to wash the car, drive in and out, plenty of hands on and fair price.

this is my usual car was always 8 quid for wash and dry for some reason today 6 quid in and out was it because you where busy not happy with the service and that's a first

These guys always do a good job but like everything else the prices keep going up.

Very busy but efficiently run. Went for a MOT (£10) and exterior wash (£8), this included wheels, glass, door sills and hand dried. Car looks great! Will definitely be back.

The valet is done well. However, the windscreen stickers, the mirrors, and the driver's seat are left out of place.

Ist time using this car wash. I was so shocked when the older lady was so rude to me! The boss was a nice enough man. They did a fair enough job, charged me £17 for a mini valet which is good but an extra £10 for washing under the car! I don't think I will be back!

Fast efficient and only £6 for wash & go including wheels. I had drying and window cleaned and door insides cleaned too for £8 (Sep 25) I was in and out in 6 mins a record in my experience. There were 5 people working in the car at one stage!

Usually love this place.... but was stunned to see today my rubber car mats being power hosed and threw back in my car soaking....

Great service

Always used this place got 22.00 valet, always tipped 3-4 quid on top, the squad that were cleaning the inside of the car cut my rear camera wire in half so my dash-cam is screwed, then only noticed this morning when i dropped the 2 seats in my boot that they didn't even hoover up a bag of sand that had burst in my boot. Was 2 women oldish looking, and a young guy who didn't hoover anything, these 3 chancers will ruin what is normally a great car wash., the main guy who takes all the money is a true pro, top operator always, as i say the 3 that are meant to clean inside cars have no clue.

I use this place all the time Always do a decent job inside and out Sometimes there is a queue but it always moves quickly

SCRATCHED PAINT. I've been here a few times & each time I've been, there was spots unwashed. But it's quick & cheap so it done the job. But in my most recent visit they have left multiple scratches up 1 side of my car & even lifted the lacquer at 1 spot - AVOID.
