I normally always choose the top tier option, as I believe the lower options might not do an as good job. So, for the option I choose, I'm always generally satisfied with the clean. Some spots are still missed, which could probably be rectified by a change in direction of rotation of the cleaning arms. But on the whole, a good job is done.

Great car wash. You can now pay by contactless card at the machine, especially great for those who aren't mobile.

Car wash that takes credit cards, contactless, so you don't even need to get out the car to pay. Seems to do a good job. Main problem is that if there isn't a queue then it isn't working. Still worth the wait if it is one or two cars since they go through quite quickly.

Easy to use and a good price.

Took my SUV through the BP cash was today and came out with huge swirl marks across both sides of the car. It's first time using their one and asked the chap at the desk if it would be ok for my car, he confirmed it would be fine of course. I double checked the dimensions of the car and checked the instructions to make sure, so thought all good. Took it through the machine straight and had cameras in my car thankfully to help. I noticed immediately the huge round brushes at the bottom of either side to clean the alloys. The issue is it didn't stop spinning whilst going across the body. I said to myself straight away oh no that can't be right. Low and behold swivel / scratch marks all across the bottom sides (which were Def no there before). This lacquer damage now needs to be checked out. Taking it back tomorrow when the manager in to inspect it. I've taken pictures and got my receipt. apparently they want to check the cameras so I'll see what they say. I'll update my comments here when there's something significant to add. I highly recommend do not use this car wash.

They have both automatic and manual wash. Automatic wash is not that great with the wheels as it wouldn't clean it properly.

Leaves some smears but not bad for the money.
