Paid for the most expensive wash £15.00. Suppose to include clean door shuts and apply tyre dressing. Yes I could have challenged the operator but on the first occasion of using this wash service waited for the inclusion which sadly didn't happen. Not a good experience given the expensive price. Deffo won't use again. Going back to the Tesco blokes.

Second time I been there first time was ok barring the staff hand drying the car so not so touch less I went there today 03/07/26 and was informed the pre wash ( jet wash ) wasn’t working I still went ahead with the £11.99 wash but it’s wasn’t as good as the first time I can’t blame the staff they did what they could

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit. I selected the £15.99 “Deluxe” package at your automatic wash, which includes a post-wash wipe-down. However, the service provided fell well below expectations. Only one staff member was assigned to wipe the vehicle, and the work was carried out in a rushed and incomplete manner. Key areas — particularly the door side panels — were not properly cleaned, even after I brought this to the attendant’s attention. As a result, I was required to finish cleaning parts of the vehicle myself upon returning home, which is not acceptable given the service level advertised and paid for. In light of this experience, I will be leaving a negative review, as the quality of service did not meet a reasonable standard. I will not be returning and would instead opt for a more thorough hand car wash in the future.
