Very disappointed with staff, rude staff

I strongly advise others to avoid this car wash. After they cleaned my vehicle, including washing the engine bay, the engine suffered serious damage and the repair bill was approximately £4,000. When I raised the matter, I found their behaviour rude, confrontational and threatening. They offered no compensation and showed no willingness to investigate the damage or respond properly to my concerns. Based on my experience, I would not trust this business with another vehicle. Avoid them unless you are prepared to risk a substantial repair bill and an extremely unpleasant dispute.

There is no better carwash in Cardiff. I recommend coming here

2000£ Carwash, MOST EXPENSIVE CARWASH Damaged my car in the carwash, took no responsibility, staff were giggling around while i was running around sorting out to tow the car in 36 degrees heat. 0 help, 0 responsibility. Cost me 2k to repair the car, they blamed me. Staff were rude, unhelpful and barely could speak a single word of english, shocking how they have any license to stay open. If you want to ruin your car for free, take your car here.

I went for a car wash yesterday very unprofessional didn't clean properly still alot of stains and marks left so I came home and cleaned it myself paid £25 down the drain go to shiraz wash on2 Watford road I only went there because shiraz wash was closed by 6.30 pm

Brought my car here for a wash, so i can sell it tomorrow. They have washed the engine with a Jet wash, and my car is broken down, they refused to give any invoice, take any responsibility. Police also came as they threatened to hurt me. In front of the police they Jet washed another cars engine, policemen both were shocked seeing that and recorded it on a video. The manager refuses to speak, give invoice or take any responsibility for this, i am now left with the car with no help.

Paid £30 for a mini valet which completely transformed my car! Spotless inside and out in under an hour, a really exceptional service.

Today 18th June 2026 I washed my car there, Paid £30 for a mini valet (small car) Original price is £25 Guy asked for £30 because according to him the car is dirty. (As if anyone would clean A CLEAN car) any way I said thats fine. Came picked up my car and I haven't checked everything. I left a child seat but all detached so they can easily clean underneath it. Got home lift the seat to adjust it and thats how I found it. This is a poor service if a whole seat wasn't cleaned. Very disappointed.

Perfect place to bring your car if you want your car scratched and damaged, and be told it’s your own fault, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, terrible car wash

Just had my car cleaned outside and I’m seriously impressed with the results.
