We paid for a platinum service of which we couldn’t pay on card even know advertised we could. The car came back damaged and unvacummed. Dirty windows still and general wax all over the paint works. The lads was laughing and less interested when we asked for it to be done again. We will never use them again. I would recommend that Cabot circus remove these from their car park as they are given Cabot circus a very bad name. Also will be reporting them to hmrc as I’m 100 percent sure they are on the fiddle

Genuinely, this place is a joke. I’ve been four times. The first, given how expensive it is, they did an awful job. The next time, they wouldn’t wash the car because I only wanted the outside done. The time after, they turned me away as I didn’t want to get cash before it was cleaned and come back within 30 minutes. This time (the final ever time), they turned me away because “there was no business” - I was business! The staff are lazy and dismissive and obviously take no pride in their work. Avoid this like the plague, unless you want your time and money wasted.

The short guy with a tattoo on his neck is rude and dodgy. I would not leave any valuables in the car if I were you! Also, my car was still very dirty after a quick inspection outside. Both interior and exterior weren´t clean. Terrible service and staff. Good example of a very badly managed business that keeps afloat just due to its location.

Leather Seats are left with Stains, all the panels on door And dashboard looks Like they use the same stuff, i pay for diamond but they only use the Polish not ultra HD wax as on description, have to comeback to home after And clean interior myself as IT was looks worst Like before cleaning. Avoid this place

Absolutely terrible. The people are unfriendly and very dismissive. Service was poor. Wax left on vehicle, not vacuumed properly inside..if at all...and clearly just not wiped down as dirt marks still all over.

DO NOT USE, I have been chasing down a refund for over 6 weeks after paying £25 for them to practically just wipe the dash board

Only giving one star as there isn't an option for zero. Car still dirty inside and out after getting the second most expensive wash. The bits you see when driving are about all that was clean. Stay away unless you want to waste your money!

so I arrived at Cabot circus today and thought I would have my car washed never had it washed there before so I went for the £20 wash in side and out on collecting my car I discovered it was still very dirty and the person collecting the money was not interested there was still bird poo on the roof which I made him get it off it wasn’t till I got home I realised the car wash still really dirty the front off the car wasn’t Even touched as it’s only a mini I would off thought it was easy to clean very disappointed and will not be using them again

Absolute rip off. Don't bother. Did a better job myself in 20 minutes for free.

Tried to charge me £85 for just interior and was very rude and dismissive

I had the absolute misfortune of choosing to use the car wash at the Cabot car park in Bristol on Friday the 23rd of May. Upon entry to the car park the car wash is advertised stating they accept card but upon arrival at the car wash I was informed it was cash only or they would accept bank transfer. At this point I should have chosen not to go ahead, sadly I didn’t and I proceeded to pay cash for the gold car wash. I left my number with Ali Kazmi who provided me with a written receipt and said he would send me a message when they had finished cleaning my car. I left my car with them at roughly 1.30pm and by 3.25pm I received a WhatsApp to say the car was finished. That morning myself, my mother and my sister had been to a workshop where we created a glass picture with pressed flowers. The item I had created had been carefully and well wrapped in tissue paper and placed safely in the drivers door pocket. Upon returning back to our Airbnb I noticed this was unwrapped and upon opening discovered it had been dropped and smashed. Two hours and £60 and it hadn’t even made it home with me, the keepsake of a morning with my 75 year old mother ruined by their carelessness. I immediately sent Ali a message via WhatsApp which he promptly responded to. He apologised and offered a £30 refund and a free big package deluxe car wash. Now this was my next mistake as I responded to say I didn’t live local and therefore I couldn’t use the gesture of the car wash. His messages quickly changed to say he needed to speak with his boss and he sent me photos of the notice of disclaimer board situated somewhere at the car wash which states they accept no liability for damage caused. He proceeded to change his WhatsApp photo and then blocked me. I could have coped with the fact the £30 car wash is had was one of the worst I’ve ever paid for but the damage caused to a special keepsake has left me very upset. At least with a refund I could have paid the lady who runs the course to try and make me a replica. I have emailed the Car Wash Co directly and unsurprisingly heard nothing back. I would highly recommend you avoid this car wash, they have zero respect for your belongings, they do a less than average job and they only accept cash or bank transfer. Says it all really!

Gold package clean + optional £30 deep interior clean

The worst car valet ever.just a few of the things not done to what the discription on thier advert said....front windscreen was left with filthy marks...wiped over with a filthy cloth and the rest of the windows inside weren't even cleaned especially the rear hatchback window which still had fingerprints all over it,sand/dirt in all the door rubbers all wheel arches still dirty,cup holders still had dirt in them,wheels left half cleaned,rear carpet still had dusty feet marks and it was obvious the hatchback had not been opened as the carpet had dirt/sand over it and the sides of the hatch were still dirty. Instead of getting an inside and outside clean including windows boot and vacuum for £25 i had the outside cleaned with dirty cloth.. definitely avoid

Expensive and not good. Paid for the interior and exterior which was £25. When we got back the windows were dirty - like literally hadn’t been washed, it hadn’t been vacuumed and there were still crumbs etc. We thought it would be a quick and easy option but just don’t bother.

Don't even bover never had such a worse car wash done wheels still dirty and inside had just been wipped down still dusty can see where they've juat wipped it . had to come home and finish it waste of money and over priced for a little rub down of a car

******* AVOID AT ALL COSTS ******** Only wanted outside cleaned and paid £17.95, no discount offered for not having to do the inside?? We left car for 4 hours and on our return the car was not that clean, the multi spoke alloys weren't all cleaned and the tyres weren’t dressed all the way around, the windows were still smeary on the outside.
