Beware of this station staffed by crooks! On May 21st of this year I accidentally drove away after fueling up (we pay first where I’m from). Realizing my mistake I immediately drove back. The two men working at the counter told me they had to call their manager. After a few minutes on the phone they told me I could pay right there but it must be cash. Used the ATM on site, handed them 73.60 and received a handwritten receipt. After all that they went ahead and reported the theft anyways and I’ve spent the last month trying to recoup 111 gbp for fuel I already paid for. I am currently reporting your station to the Trading Standards department for theft.

Clean fast everything was working well.

This station just reopened recently as they were doing some work around..Now they opened back again and surprise today they don’t have fuel…😂😂..Maybe be better focus to order some fuel before you run out as you closing stations in Bristol instead opening new ones…

The worker at 4.40am says that they can not give coffee from Costa machine, only from 6am, is this real? You can not buy a coffee until 6am? Then why other colleagues are giving coffee at similar time? I am refueling here every few days.....

Avoid this garage. Bought a faulty vape from them and returned with proof of purchase within an hour and the lady refused to refund me. Terrible service and just blanket refusal even though legally if a product is faulty I’m entitled to a refund from a merchant. Super annoying considering how much I use the garage as it’s right next to my house. Won’t be returning.

Useless chargers. Used one of the 100kw ones and didn't get higher than about 35kw out of it... SO SLOW 🙄

The petrol station gives the impression of being well-maintained, as does the shop inside. I’ve refuelled here several times and never encountered a queue, unlike at the nearby but cheaper Tesco station. The shop is well-stocked with very friendly staff.

Car wash: Nothing positive to say about this I’ve been going regularly until today I realized the Brush scratches your paint ridiculously. And this on top of the foam not spraying consistently when it does decide to work. I wouldn’t go here even if it was free.

They said our payment had gone through and we left thinking all was good months later we have a letter from debt collectors with an admin charge of £120 plus fuel that was £67.03. Went back through transactions to see unfortunately the payment had bounced at the time. Happy to pay that of course and even a reasonable fee but this was a completely unreasonable administration fee compared to the fuel cost. Absolute RACKETEERING nonsense. This garage and forecourt eye should be ashamed. Have better processes.

A bit expensive, but Shell is an excellent garage, good quality products and a really good service from the employees.

Tried to top up my tank with fuel here this evening (Tuesday) at 23.45 and there was no one at the kiosk window, waiting 5-10 mins but still no one.
