My car was in desperate need of a clean. I enquired about a deep clean and Tobias was incredibly helpful explaining all the different services he offers. He worked well with my busy schedule and was able to come to me to do the clean. He was amazing and answered all my questions regarding keeping my car in good shape. Cannot speak higher of the professionalism of Tobias, easy to book and speak through what packages to go through as well as discussing further options for the future. We spoke through issues with the bodywork as being a 21 year old car I know it has had some poor paintwork before my ownership, but Tobias made it look the best with what he had to work with by far. Extremely happy with the outcome, in my 5 years of ownership of my car it has never looked cleaner and I cannot thank them enough for their service, so I highly recommend to anyone. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I booked in for a Total Deep Clean plus headlight restoration package for my MR2 Roadster today - and Tobias and Ollie did a terrific job. The car looked in reasonable condition before they arrived, but the end result surpassed expectations! I’d sent Tobias some photos of a few problem areas beforehand (faded soft top hood, badly stained/faded leather seats, cloudy headlights) and we’d discussed what might/might not be possible over the phone. After closer inspection on the day, Tobias was able to give me a clearer and honest assessment of what he thought could be achieved. As it turned out, the guys worked their magic and were able to make a massive improvement on all fronts which transformed the look of the whole car. Also worth mentioning was that Tobias was able to juggle the diary to fit me in at pretty short notice; I would have been stuck otherwise, as the car was needed for an event 2 days after the booking. The guys were friendly, very helpful and thoroughly professional. They clearly enjoy what they do and it shows in the quality of their work. It was a pleasure to have them round and would highly recommend their services.

Can highly recommend. My car looks new. Tobias is extremely talented at what he does. My car had a lot of scratches that were damaged by a hand car wash after only owning for 1 week, and he has spent so much time making it perfect for me again! He even came out again to help with a scratch gained in a supermarket car park a couple of days after my detail. Thank you!

Booked in for a total deep clean. I have always detailed my own car. Thought I could do the job just as well. But this experience shows you just can’t meet the standards of a professional like Tobias. Unbelievable attention to detail, and been in close contact throughout the service. Total Detailing Norwich have done a great job making my car look amazing! Tobias spent the whole day cleaning and putting on a ceramic coating to protect the paintwork. I've since had him back to clean the inside and outside of my car and he has done a great job, making it look better than it did when it came out of the showroom! Wow where do I start? If you need a car detailer then this is your guy. I contacted several companies and Tobias at Total detailing was the only one to get back to me so already I thought amazing. He managed to fit me in at such short notice so I could attend my Car show. Not only was he professional prompt and presentable on arrival- he was so enthusiastic about his job and cars. He was a breath of fresh air compared to other car valeting services I've used previously. He is prestige and in a league of his own. I rarely trust people with my Gtr but had total faith in him from the start. Now getting to the actual cleaning and detailing 10/10 thorough as can be. Finding nooks I didn't even realise needed attention. He was here until gone 8pm and did not stop. He just cracked on and kept going until it was more than perfect. Thank you again for making my car shine. I will definitely be using you again and recommending you! Even left some treats for my little girl to enjoy!.
