Been coming to this petrol station for years after work to fill my motorbike or car. I work nights so it's normally quiet when I finish late at around 3/4am and you get to see some regular faces and until now they guys that I've spoken to have been chatty and smiley. Even talked about bikes with them. However yesterday my car had a bad puncture and I was losing air rapidly so had to pull in. While the puncture was so bad that my tire repair kit wasn't fixing it so I had to call an emergency break down. Just to give the guy a heads up I let them know where I parked and hopefully shouldn't be there long. We'll apparently for this guy here I couldn't park there due to to delivery coming in and despite the fact my tire had no air he wanted me to move my car which I explained would do damage to my chassis. Well after him getting more agitated and more aggressive and insisting at least 3 times I needed to move it so his delivery could park there I moved it so he'd stop getting in my face. Worst thing was the recovery guys were here before his "supposed" delivery and I was out before anyway. From where I could see there were no markings or signs that indicated I couldn't park there. Thanks for literally not even doing the bare minium and making a bad night even worse.

Today I had a problem with my car Red Citreon, so I pulled into the petrol station to see if I could get help. Ajith was extremely helpful and knowledgable about my problem and fixed my car with minutes due to his knowledge of cars. I couldn’t be happier, Thank you so much! Popped in for some drinks and being the genius I am left my phone. Ajith made sure it kept safe and sound and returned to me. majorly relieved, Thank you !

Simple, straightforward, easy ..... I stopped, fuelled, and paid without fuss or bother.

Tried to call them about my eBay parcel….they hang up… it been delivered at 4pm then still no collection code…. Why hogging my parcel there… won’t sending my eBay parcel there again

Went to the garage today to pickup an evri parcel up. I have a picture of the parcel after delivery. I have to come back on Monday because they don't have it 😒. .Don't bother get your parcels delivered here.

Excellent parking facilities. I particularly liked the fabulous bp branding, and quality fuel. Well worth the trip, a winning experience for sure!

I'm very disappointed with these Indian people how they talked with me and my son they should not be working in that job if they don't know how be cashier ,I will never gonna come back to that bp spar disgusting people .

The petrol pump didn't stop when the tank was full resulting in petrol going down the side of my car. The attendant was unsympathetic.

I've never had such a bad customer experience anywhere, like I had 2-3 weeks before there. I wanted to use the jet wash, but on of the staff started to shut with me because (he said) that I stood on the wrong place with my car. I told to him okay, but then give me back my money what I dropped into the jet wash machine. He said I can receive that in the shop. When I started approaching the building he shouted after me to move my car first. I turned and moved my car. Then he came to me with my money and remarked in arrogance that he would not help me next time. What kind of help? No chance for that next time buddy. Never again BP.... Sayonara! I went to the Shell which is much better!!
