I’ve cleaned my car yesterday here, Alan and his team were absolutely pristine and glistening from through clean they did inside and out. Their passion, diligence and pride they took is awe inspiring. My number one 1 place to get my car looking spotless.

Really great quality clean inside and out, but broke off my blind spot mirror. Assuming they didn't realise because they didn't mention anything snd I only noticed after paying.

£85 for a clean and interior shampoo, and left residue all over the seats with horrible smell afterwards. do not advise this place

Asked for a clean inside and out. Made this clear. Told £18, thought wow that's cheap . So went ahead. Only the outside was done. Total con...Will never use again and make sure everyone i know doesn't either!!!

They did an average job cleaning the car, but be careful because the pricing is a scam. They have one price on their web site. When you arrive they already add another £5 to the rates, then they claim the car is bigger size bracket so charge higher rate (as we were there we decided to go ahead). Then when you go to pick up the car, they add another £8 if there are dog hairs in the car. Obviously by that point they are holding your car keys and the work is done, so you’re forced to pay. I normally go to the valet on Thorpe Road but with all the road closures decided to try this one. I wont be going back. There are much better and fair priced car valet places in Norwich, so I would recommend avoiding the Tesco one.

I took my car in for a full valet which costed £95 for inside and out with the floors. While the inside was done perfectly I have noticed since getting the car back that my windows are all scratched up way worse than they were before giving it to them, my back window has so many scratches on it its unbelievable, when I took it in it only had 3 or 4 now its completely covered they are obviously using dirty cloths...

Very quick and did a great job despite it being a massive van.

Says they open till 6.30pm on all there advertising but they shut when i arrive at 6.pm

My experience at Wave hand car wash blue boar was a bit disappointing. I pulled up and inquired about their "full monty" service, priced at £65, hoping to get my car cleaned, particularly the kid-stained seats. However, the staff member who looked at my car insisted that due to the seat condition, I couldn't opt for the full monty and would instead need a full valet, quoted at a steep £110 (later reduced to a "minimum" of £100). I was surprised by this, as I primarily needed the seats cleaned and didn't necessarily require the full valet service for the rest of the car. When I asked to see where this policy was stated on their price list, I didn't get a clear answer. Ultimately, I decided to go to another car wash within walking distance, where I received a fantastic clean for the £65 I was originally expecting to pay. Since I didn't actually use Wave's cleaning service, I can't comment on the quality of their work. However, based on the initial interaction, I felt the approach was somewhat rigid and that I was being pushed towards a more expensive service than I needed. The staff member also came across as a little judgemental. Therefore, I'm giving a 3-star rating to caution others about my experience and the potential for upselling based on specific interior conditions.

Mini Cooper convertible taken in today. Filthy inside and out after the winter. Mildew on roof. Cleaned inside and out in an hour. Beautiful job. Thank you. Will use again

Thank you for the service from 3 weeks ago went for a gold service staff especially a young lad that seemed to be in charge was on point and got the car nice and clean quicker than they initially said . Much appreciate it .

Went in to get the exterior washed and couldn’t believe how clean they managed to get it in just 25mins! Car honestly hasn’t looked this good since the day I bought it- highly recommend!!! Looks brand new

Total rip off. Very expensive and poor quality. Car still has mud on mud flaps, boot not hoovered. Re did them very reluctantly but with an attitude. Will not be going back.

I used to use this service all the time but lately it seems to have gone downhill in its level of service. Over charged with poor finish. Paid for a full inside and out for a small that cost the same as a large saloon and there was still cobwebs in the car. Sadly I will be voting with my feet and taking my business elsewhere.

after weekly shop at tesco I decided to give my car a quick clean with these guys, £20 lost and ended up cleaning the car myself when I got home, don’t bother wasting your time or money, left streaks all over and wheels had barely been touched.

The wash came out amazing on my car and also the team provided a faster than usual turnaround to ensure I wasn’t late back of my lunch break from work. Thankyou so much for your help, Luca!

Hardie and his team have done a great job cleaning my car that was covered in green. Also made the inside of the car look like new. Many thanks

Over priced. Misleading pricing. Car cleaned good though. But £18 for a outside clean on a small car. I'll go elsewhere next time.
