Sprowston Hand Car Wash

I used this service today and was genuinely appauled by the level of customer service I received. Firstly when I turned up, an employee gestured for me to park in an empty bay. When I parked, he looked annoyed and stared whistling at me to move for no apparent reason and gave me an unpleasant look. I asked if I could get option 5 as I wanted a deep clean, but he outright refused and said it would "take too long" and insisted I could only get option 3 (why would you want to lose out on the extra money?). His body language and attitude was dreadful and could intimidate a more vulnerable customer. When I returned he insisted I pay cash and used the phrase "cash is king". He appeared extremely annoyed I didn't have cash and when returning my keys, didn't even make eye contact with me, having a conversation with another employee with his back turned to me handing them to me behind his back. No thanks or pleasantries. As someone who has used this service several times over the last few years, I will not be using them again. The worst customer service I think I've ever received where I felt like an inconvenience. Would not recommend to anyone and 1 star is generous.

Took my 435 for a number 4 inside and out and am very happy with the results. Friendly staff would recommend.

The quality of cleaning got worse, i had to clean my car again as wheels were left dirty, boot lid was dirty, sideskirts were dirty, door shuts left dirty, garbage was left inside the car, windows not cleaned properly, dash not cleaned properly. I hope you will do better job in future..

Called in on the off chance this afternoon. Very helpful and professional service. Excellent standard of work, and a warm area to wait whilst they worked their magic! Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

A great place……even has comfy sofa in the waiting area, and a loo. It was a sunny day so I sat outside and watched my Jag being worked on. I can honestly say it was completed so thoroughly, very impressed. Beautifully done. And at a reasonable price.

Worst experience ever!!!! Just popped there for a mini valet first time and obviously didn’t know where to park my carand both boys started to make jokes at me that I didn’t know how to drive a car,how to park and maybe I even don’t have a driving license.I was twice as older as they are and just willing to pay £25 to get my car cleaned to collect my husband after serious operation from hospital.i just felt humiliated as a woman and as a customer .Obviously they have no idea what is customer service is Wouldn’t recommend this car wash
