12/10!! My car hadn’t been cleaned inside or out for well over a year! There was dog hair, mud, and just a years worth of crap in the car. I wasn’t expecting miracles, just a general clean. But when I collected my car, spotless doesn’t do it justice! There wasn’t a single dog hair left anywhere. He went above and beyond and I am floored by the results! Will be going back regularly! Thank you again!!

Great car wash with amazing customer service would recommend!!

Popped in today as my car looked like it had been used on a dirt track. The owner who was working (and about to leave) very kindly got out his car and gave mine an outside clean. I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting alot, espcially given the quoted cost, but when he was done, it was probably the best wash my car has had even compared to other places I have paid alot more. Will definetly be using Nelys again.

Absolutely amazing! Went in not really knowing what they offered and drove out with the quickest, best quality MACHINE and HAND car was experience I’ve ever had. They offer an underbody wash and DAMN! I’ve got an under plate on my, near slammed, car - this makes it very difficult to clean myself. This machine Nelly uses is FANTASTCI! Easy to manoeuvre through, plenty of instruction and guidance. 10/10 happy as Larry! Shall be back for a regular clean

Certain they deliberately stole a charge cable. I unplugged by long thunderbolt cable and put it in the dash before cleaning. Distinctly remember doing this as I left the house because the cable was so long it was difficult to close the dash. Found it was gone after cleaning and even went back to ask. Staff denied all knowledge. Not even an expensive cable, but the principle is annoying. Why nick a £5 cable during a £35 full clean.

The best car wash ever! Friendly, affordable, efficient best customer service and they do the best job. I will always have my car cleaned with them because of the Friendly atmosphere and attention to detail my car is always spotlessly clean inside and out

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Scratches all over my windows, some reasonably deep. I even went back to talk about it with them and the guy didn't care at all. We've been their customers for years too, absolutely no care or decency for loyal customers. He said he had no idea how the scratches got on my windows. I said well they weren't there before, we came to you and now they are there. He tried saying that if they did scatch my windows the scatches would be in longer strokes not shorter ones. I explained I literally watched his guy wiping in the same way the scratches now appear on my car and he just kept saying 'sorry there is nothing I can do'. I then showed him the drivers side window which has full length scatches from one side to the other, the worst of all, which literally aligns with what he was saying would show if it was their fault and he still didn't care and said there is nothing I can do!! Erm, how about our £35 back! It's hardly the earth when we've used you for years and you've literally scatched our windows (and our paintwork a bit too!) which we can now do nothing about apart from replace them. Absolutely terrible customer service, these guys don't care about you, just about keeping your money. Do not use them!
