Don’t get ripped off, go elsewhere! A Mercedes B Class will never be an SUV!! Trying to charge £16 for a small hatchback is pathetic. Bunch of clowns!

Absolutely shocking. Wheels covered in brake dust. Not dried off properly. Towing eye cover at the back hanging off. Could even hear them hitting the lance against my front wheel. Lazy and incompetent

Not a bad car wash but I think it's expensive as my old hand carwash was £10 cheaper!!!

Will deliberately try to over charge based on the size of your vehicle. Won’t return. Far better service and value at any number of places in Norwich

Friendly and professional

£28 paid for external and internal clean. Generally very good clean, including a pre-wash foam to loosen dirt. Thorough jet wash including opening the 4 doors and doing the sills and under doors. The interior clean was good and smelly fresh after having been done. I’ve used this car wash quite a few times now, the staff are friendly and some do go the extra mile. Thumbs up from me 👍🏻

Payed £28 for valet clean inside and out they did not even put a sponge to the wheels so still dirt on rims, car is still dirty in places, spider webs still in door opening, back shelf not hoovered and soap left on it to stain it. I definitely won’t be using again see pics taken 10 mins after wash

Unbelievable service. Car cleaned, polished inside and out and vacuumed for £25. Very quick service. Will absolutely use again and would highly recommend.

I had my car washed on Saturday I paid 20£ after washing it stood in my yard. on Monday, I saw that the car was washed badly, there is a marks where it is obvious that the area was not washed. I went to show them, but they ignored their work. and I noticed that it's not first time. I will never use their services.

Great service every time

Overcharged- £20 for a mini countryman. Also poor finish- still debris around number plate and mud in door seals.
