Absolutely appalling customer service. I came to the car wash to get my car cleaned and a mini valet. I was then told that I would be charged £25 as my car is too dirty?? What do people come to the car wash for? I then told him I am not paying him more and because of this he then refused to do the valet. I normally come to this car wash and the lady I see is always lovely. However the staff they had on Saturday the 20th June … I’d advise speaking to them as I do not think I will be returning again.

The lady working there is the best always goes out of her way to make sure the car is spakling clean

I have to say I was pleased with service, the results lasted ages. Good quality soap and wax, better than the many I have tried in Leeds. Good price also for small car.

I’ve had my car cleaned here twice now but this time I got the inside done as well. Fantastic!! and very happy with the result. I had the outside of car washed first and then I waited in their waiting area, they had a tv so my little boy was occupied and could watch CBeebies. They even cleaned his car seat out which was a big help. It was only £15!! I will be going here for my car cleaning every time. Thank you.

There is no one to talk to customers about what the want. When I asked about a mini valet I was told they couldn't because they are busy. By the time they said that, they had already started with the outside. If I knew this fist I would have gone somewhere else. That's 75% of your services that you don't offer. To make it worse, 3 minutes later they start giving a mini valet to another car. Won't be returning here

Fantastic service since it was taken over by new owners. They even sometimes go as far as cleaning a bit of your interior when you're paying for exterior only. They're not rude and make genuine effort to wipe the body even when it's drizzling a bit. Update: still the same management from above and still a good place to get your car cleaned.
