Valet Expert

Did a great job on my car, easy to book through their website.

We decided to use this company as most of the reviews seemed positive. Unfortunately that wasn't our experience. We booked him for an interior and exterior valet on our Cupra We paid 60 pounds up front which I believe was our first mistake. On the scheduled day he had to cancel due to faulty equipment, fair enough, these things happen. On the second scheduled day he turned up but apparently it took him all his time slot to do the interior valet. The car wasn't particularly dirty just a lot of Husky fur. He apologised and said he would come back to do the exterior clean later. This was over a month ago, we've had no contact from him, our messages and calls go unanswered, effectively ghosting us. With hindsight I would suggest paying on the day in future, then if he wants the money he has to do the work. Will be looking for different valet company for both our our cars as we feel we can no longer trust someone who does half the work but takes all the money

4 of us at my company booked valets over 2 days / 2 bookings - tomorrow and Wednesday. Today we both received a text saying bookings cancelled. I asked about rebooking and haven’t heard anything since. My colleague, whose was booked for Wednesday i.e. after mine, got his rebooked for Thursday immediately yet he seems to have ghosted me. Only difference between our bookings is mine was cash and my colleague’s prepaid on card. Reading other reviews now I’ll be interested to see if he turns up on Thursday or if he’s just pocketing the money.

booked a full valet on Saturday morning but no one showed up. rang them and no one answered. luckily I had booked cash on delivery otherwise it would of been a different story. avoid at all costs

Very unprofessional person, they re-arranged the original appointment due to some issue which is fair enough and sometimes things happen, I then had to re-arrange the next day, wake up early as they were coming first thing in the morning but they didn’t turn up. I texted them in the morning to make sure they were still coming which they said they were, when they failed to turn up for the appointment I gave them an extra hour in case they were caught up but they still didn’t turn up. I then called them but they did not answer so I texted them and they responded a whole 1.5 hours after the original appointment stating that they have been, couldn’t find the address and they have now gone. What an utterly ridiculous excuse, they actually only went into the next street over so if they called me I could have just guided them to my house. They displayed a complete lack of respect for my time and will definitely not ever be recommending them, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Cannot fault this guy whatsoever! Really friendly and it was nice and simple process to get your car booked in. The car was really neglected but after a full Valet the car came out brand new. I would highly recommend!! Thank you for your service, I shall pass your details onto friends and family when they ever need one.

Got an ultimate valet done a few days ago. Very easy to book, friendly guy and got the job done without a hassle. Likely, I will be a regular customer if i cant keep my car clean lol. Very happy with the work done inside the car as they were very thorough. They use their own water and electricity which is handy too

My car was very dirty, muddy outside. The valet was so nice and efficient, my car looks new, my friend and I were very impressed. He has worked in my small and narrow driveway, which is not easy at all. In conclusion, very worth the money, super lovely person, very efficient.

Bought a second hand 14 year old beaten down car to run for work as a daily but it was disgusting on the interior! Can not thank valet experts enough for the magic they've performed. It came out sparkling inside and out and smelling amazing! Using all his own equipment a proper nice guy with ridiculously cheap prices! 3 hours work put in to make it like new again and could not be happier! Thanks again!

Came to my house on Mother’s Day. Cleaned the car inside and out while I got on with my day. The car was filthy inside and out and within 3 hours he made it look new. Couldn’t believe how clean he got it and it was only £50. 100% recommend. Thanks!
