The wash has recently increased its price by £10, and one customer found the result so poor they had to rewash the entire car and all windows. Another reviewer was quoted £50 just to jet wash under the van, and multiple reports describe staff who cannot understand basic requests or handle bodywork properly.

I don't know it this has changed hands, but I have always used there for my car cleaning and all of a sudden it's gone up by £10. Just had the wash then and when I got home, I had to rewatch nearly all of the car and all the windows. Won't be going here again, don't waste your money, go to a proper car wash!!
Tried charging me £50 to jet wash under my van haha
Felt more like a black money cover-up—had people working there who couldn’t even speak basic English. The guy couldn’t understand that I was there for a car wash and kept repeating “Car Park” over and over.
They have no idea and no experience with bodywork and paint never try them again
