Ashton Hand Car Wash

I have literally just been here after having my new vehicle cleaned. I believe it may have changed management & I have to say they worked really well on my car and it’s spotless inside and out . I have not give it five stars as I will go again and see now if they maintain the good work. Let’s hope now it stays doing well as they were also cleaning the forecourt whilst I was there. Thanks

Tenner for a wash and dry, used to be £6 couple of months ago also they had to clean it twice due to the first lad being very lethargic, spent more time screaming at each other than actual cleaning. Won't be back here in a rush Update, i returned here after talking to one of the owners, got a free clean and dry as i had been overcharged by a new worker

I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I arrived and asked for a £15 mini valet, which is clearly stated on the price board. However, one of the workers insisted on looking inside my car first and then told me it would be £20 because it was “too dirty.” My car is always in a similar condition when I bring it in, and I’ve never been charged extra before, so this felt completely unjustified. A couple of days prior, I had also visited when it was very busy and decided to leave. On that occasion, a worker stood in front of my car and wouldn’t let me drive off for several minutes, repeatedly telling me to stay without explaining why. That alone made me uncomfortable. When I returned today and explained I would be paying the advertised £15, the situation escalated. The same worker began slamming my car doors aggressively and then started jet-washing the inside of my car doors while I was still sitting inside, which left me wet. I told him to stop as I was uncomfortable, but he continued insisting the car was too dirty and needed doing. At that point, I felt extremely uneasy and just wanted to leave. The whole experience felt intimidating and unprofessional. I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but this crossed a line. I would not recommend coming here, especially if you’re on your own. This is normally my go to car wash place, but I’m not sure where the old team has gone, they were lovely. But this new team of people are terrible.

Full of thieves. I left my car for a wash and dry, and my wallet was stolen. I stepped out of the car for only 10 seconds to throw some rubbish in the bin, and that’s all it took the wallet was gone. I called the owner, and he said he would check the cameras, but now it’s the second day and he’s not answering my calls.

Never go here. I would give the customer service a minus 10 if I could. I left my car with them for 2 hours for a £25 super mini valet. When I came back I paid the looked at my car and found multiple parts that had not been cleaned front back and sides. I called the boss over and he shouted saying "it is clean, this is rust". On touch dirt was on both mine and his fingers, evidence that its not been cleaned properly. Instead of admitting he said don't come back when I told him I've been here for years and this has never happened. I asked him to call over the worker and he literally has the exact same attitude. He cleaned parts and the dirt did come off. Again evidence it wasn't cleaned properly. Rather than apologising and acknowledge evidence of their mistake, the asked me not to come back. I told them their customer service is really bad and I'd been coming here for years but never again. Next time pay before you leave. Lesson learned. Avoid and find another car wash.

Had my car washed/valeted here for years. Lately, the service has been awful. Random and different pricing, the actual clean not being done properly and today a guy who who worked there thought it was appropriate when valeting my car to rev the engine and do wheel skids right in front of me. When i asked if he fancied paying for new tyres, he laughed and refused to look at me. His colleague apologsed on his behalf but he was also smiling. No discount or further amends were offered. No point arguing as they don't care. My car also wasn't cleaned properly. Today was the last time I use them obviously but it's pretty annoying as this one was convenient.

Took my van in for a wash service extremely poor was charged £10 which is ok when I asked them not to forget the roof I was told it would be an extra £5 absolutely ridiculous will not be returning
