I've been a regular DAC customer and I've never come across such unprofessional, rude & appalling person in my entire life. I have now found a alternative car wash which is 5star service. DAC has lost me as a loyal customer due to this disgusting staff in the picture. They need to recognise this and take action if not they'll loose a lot of customers
