Quality Hand Car Wash & Valeting

Been coming here for over a decade, 4 cars in the household, probably 8 visits a month. Occasional full valets etc. Today they tried charging me 4x4 price for a small BMW. When I mentioned it was a normal car and should be £8 he refused to sort it and argued over £2. I paid the £10 and wont return again. Just lost a customer who genuinely spends around £500 a year at your car wash.

Was served by he whom they call ‘Patrio’, after commending their work I saw many bird excrement stains. Likes of which I’d never seen on my cars before, despite their age. Instead of showing me what they were unable to clean he was argumentative and did not listen to his customer. I would have appreciated him to gently explain what he was unable to do alas he did not and spoke of he he doesn’t have time. How rude. Aside from this they’re not too bad in their job.
