Worst car wash I have ever been too, customer service is atrocious. Nothing is clear. Doesn’t state it is cash only. They wait until you get all the way inside to ask you what you want done. The man I spoke to was rude when I was just trying to explain that things wasn’t clear. He refused to finish off my car. Do not recommend going to this place. Learn to speak to people, too much attitude for my liking.

Great service, Kash fitted me in without a booking for a full valet and spoke of how they take pride in the service they provide. Very pleased with the job they did, thank you!

Kash and the team did a great job valeting my car. They turned a car littered all over with detritus from many outdoor trips, back to showroom condition. My car hasn't looked this good since I bought it. Many thanks guys.

First time using Sparkles today. Asked for a ‘quick’ vac after washing. My car looks brand new both inside and out! Definitely will be back.

Rushed job with no real care taken. Left my car with water marks everywhere and some sort of discoloured blue streaks left all over the paint trim which is a bit worrying. Even noticed bird poo still on the car and a chip I hadn’t noticed before too. Hard to tell it’s been washed at all.

Brought my car here a few times but will never be back. I’d suggest everyone do their own research as to who owns this business and who you will be giving your money to

I’ve used Sparkles for years. Always good. Today they valeted my Kia Ceed which was definitely in need of a good clean, particularly inside. Took great care to clean it well at a very good price. Always friendly and efficient.

Not a bad wash for the price, the place could do with extending as they are very popular and the wash does seem very rushed. My car is clean but there is water marks all over it which could have been prevented had it been dried properly. I will defo return hope I am luckier at a less busier time.

I've used Sparkles several times and for the price you simply can't beat these guys. They're hard working and the signage/prices are clear. Yes, you can wait at weekends, but that's the sign of a good business, as all those customers can't be wrong. I'm buying a new van-based vehicle soon, which I appreciate will take longer to clean, so will also be more expensive. That's market forces! I just wish there was somehow I could leave a tip to be shared among the entire crew? I've no hesitation in recommending Sparkles.

been a few times since i have gotten my car, but i went last night and noticed when i got home a big chip in the paint that wasn't there before i went, nobody said anything and i even over paid which i thought would be nice but now i may have a clean car but its got a big chip in the paintwork

Dont wash sponges properly and don't know how to wash a car with soapy water and scratched my door which i am not happy about

Been using these guys for a long time on all my vehicles great service excellent job

Had to use this place twice due to the hosepipe ban in place and both times my car has still been dirty afterwards. They spray 'traffic film remover' onto the car and leave you sat for 20 minutes whilst it dries. I don't mind them being slow if they do a good job. Never again.

Great price and they always do a very good job. The valet they do is extremely thorough. They also do a "collect six stamps and get the next one free" offer on washes. Take mine and my girlfriends cars there all the time now.

These guys do a smashing job and great value as well!

I’ve just been to this car wash have been going for 2years and normally it’s good value for money but today i went and it was very busy they put water on my car and then left me for 20 minutes and it dried so when i got home all i could see was water staines all over my car not very happy

Just back from holiday with our two small dogs. Dropped the car off at Sparkles for a mini valet. I’ve just picked it up and it’s just like new again. Excellent job.

This is easily by far the best car wash in Bradford I've been going many years now and always an excellent experience. The owner and staff are always very friendly and courteous and even though they are always busy every vehicle is washed to the very best of standard paying attention to every detail and the prices kept to a minimum.I have no connections with anybody at all with anybody that works there this is just my humble and honest opinion 10/10.
