Not even worth 1 star but cannot review without selecting a star. I went for fuel last month. Apple Pay declined so used my actual card, only then to realise a few days later they had taken BOTH payments! Zubair, the owner refused to refund me and said that I have to go to Shell direct. Shell confirmed and I have in writing that Zubair is LEGALLY responsible for everything that happens there including refunding any costs. I relayed this back to Zubair who said he refused to talk to me anymore about it. Thankfully my bank have refunded me and have raised a dispute against him. My mother in law experienced similar today, when raised concerns, she was sworn at by the owner!! Appalling customer service and ripping off customers. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

It's ok but the toilets are out of use still after over two years, the shop is very well stocked.

My car wouldn’t start due to the car wash adjacent to this Shell property. I (literally) pushed the car on to the edge of the property making sure I did not obstruct any routes in or out of the property and that all customers could get fuel with no disruption to the revenue of your business. I then kindly informed your “shop attendant” that I had a rescue on the way and it would be there within 25 minutes, which is obviously the right thing to do! Your attendant was insistent I must push the car myself (!!!) onto an extremely busy public road and “park it there”, which is obviously completely unsafe. I have never met someone so ridiculous and with so little empathy? What the actual F. 10:15 on 5 April 2026.

I normally obtain my diesel from here, but having seen the price this date it is complete profiteering. When I just passed there were no vehicles. Clearly other drivers agree. You will not see me until you have realised your customers will not stand for it.

Delivered here many times, staff always helpful and friendly. Nice garage, forecourts is clearly older design but never offers any problems. Garage is well maintained and looked after.

The main issue is the forecourt layout. The space between most of the pumps is very tight - especially if there is a van or large SUV using one of them. Also it’s not clear until you get to a pump which fuel is actually available on that pump (eg. only one or two have V-Power). On the positive side the prices are good for a Shell garage, the staff are friendly and the shop looks quite well stocked. There is also a free to use Cash Machine on the forecourt.

Decent price fuel but are you seriously only open till 4? Should be open till late especially since summer is coming up.

Don’t go here if you plan on using a WEX fuel card, which are valid at EVERY Shell and Esso garage, apart from this one apparently. Absolutely horrid and clueless staff. In fact, don’t go here at all. Absolute farce of a “business”.

Absolutely disgusted and traumatised went in to pick a parcel up which is a weekly thing from this station this time my parcel wouldn't scan so the employee kept trying not a word said then a tall skinny employee comes out from the back and proceeds to shout at me you can't have your parcel baring on mind not a word had been spoken till this point then became very aggressive and came running round the counter to my face so close he was spitting in my face and kicked me out the shop for my own parcel great customer service 👎

I was driving to bradford from brigHouse i was loooking for washroom or toilet to use so i just go to that garage i fill the diesel for £76.94. Then i request the staff can i was washroom so as always they said its out of order this is not the first time. its happen couple of time but now i will not use it again .

Extremely rude and aggressive manager or owner. Called to use the Evri lable printer that wasn't working. Have used this shop for fuel for 25 years back to when it was owned by Dews, but today I was rudely accused of parking in the wrong place, (there are no marked out places and I have seen cars parked there loads of times before). When I suggested there are no markings, he said once again in an aggressive manner, " Well I am telling you". I said I would now think twice about going there for fuel, due to his rude manner, he replied by calling me a "cheeky f.cker" and said " do you think I need your custom?". Perhaps he was having a bad day, but this is not the customer service you'd expect.

I asked for shell app rewards,wich was one pack of crisps. They've refused to give it to me .

All the extra cash petrol companies are making this station needs a rethink!!! Really p@#&d off tight squeeze for cars & vans but the design of the stands with the pumps on is guaranteed to knacker your alloys!!! Not happy
