I have been a regular customer here for the past 5 years nearly. My recent experiences have led me to leave a 1 star review and not to come back again. Two months ago I paid for a maxi valet on my car, as I left the car wash I realised the worker did not hoover my back seat matts and the front seat passenger matt. I had to drive back again and a kind manager made sure it was hoovered properly.Yesterday I went to get a maxi valet again which is £17 your worker tried to charge me £20 without confirming the price, I asked why he’s charging me more than the advertised price? He couldn’t speak English well and said something about my matts being hoovered, I pointed at the billboard and said hoover is part of it what is the extra money charged for? He had to ask another work colleague who said it’s £17 not £20 to him. I really think the staff here needs training for their attitude and understanding on what customer are being charged for. I will not be coming back here again as of my last two recent experiences.

Be careful took my car her left dents and scratch marks on the inside rear passenger door leather trims. Went a few times thought they were good support local business but guys damaged the back door leather panels cost £150 to repair. Not worth risking going here careless, better clean yourself.

Really good quality clean. I felt a bit anxious getting back in my car because I wasn't 100% sure it was mine since it looked brand new 😂. I thought the service I got was £25 but it was actually £15 and they corrected me, I could have easily overpaid and been none the wiser but these are honest guys

Paid £30 for inside, outside and seats. Seats and outside were fine but inside was not. Multiple parts had not even been touched. Either can't be bothered or under too much pressure to be quick but I wont be returning.

Was the best back in 2016-2021 now new people taken over and they honestly miss out on cleaning alot of small areas inside n outside of the car which everyone would notice, not going again ever

Car wash stated £30; ended up being £40 due to having a messy car. Trainers left outside the car on the wet floor, things I bought left on the floor like it was rubbish. Overall clean car, a few patches missed. Customer service minimal.

Paid 70 for full valet. They had a car for 2 days. The car is in awful condition. Not recommended. Absolutely joke

Single handedly the worst car wash I’ve been to, no care in their work. Poor wash, even poorer clean

So I needed a car valet Today so as I was heading to town I saw Wash and Glow car wash next to Cheetham Hill Fort so I popped in for the First time. Really impressed to be honest, Polite and friendly staff, Excellent service, fantastic valet, Clean and tidy, nicely decorated waiting area and you can pay cash or card.
