2021 Review Had my car tinted here after initially having a BMW e60 done in 2016 which went quite well all things considered, having travelled 55 miles to get there based on the numerous good reviews at the time. Recently I had my newer car (with only 40k on) done, the tint itself was good quality but the application wasn't perfect. In attempting to rectify a shrinking defect they had unintentionally introduced numerous small bubbles in the rear window tint, due to contamination of dust / fibres. I wasn't after perfection but a adequate quality of service for £170 + fuel cost. The owner / manager was very willing / accommodating to get my car re-tinted. On the day of this, once my car was re-inspected by another manger, I was met with excuses stating that 'lint marks inside tints are normal' and that there wasn't a need to re-tint it. The other manager agreed to get the rear window and rear nearside window re-tinted.. During the reluctant process of re-tinting, they had to remove all the tailgate trim and managed to destroy my interior work LED lights with the steamer in the process. I had explicitly asked previously, whether it would be better to get my car re-tinted when it was apart, or for me to remove the rear tint, but was told not to do so. Unfortunately as my bespoke LED setup was wired in a permanent manner, some wires needed cutting. Once re-tinted, I could see a major heat shrinking damage to the rear window tint but was told "We can't do any better." Now I'm left with a subpar tint and will have to buy new LEDs for my tailgate trim. Not to mention the tricky process of putting the tailgate trim back on perfectly alone. I have given this place 2 stars instead of one 1 star as they did try to rectify the issue, however the lack of understanding and reluctance to attempt to rectify the issue was not ideal. I no longer feel any sort of confidence returning here as I fear further damage to my car. The rear near side window was re-tinted to a acceptable standard - so that's a positive too. I will now look to go to a tint specialist in future with a better setup where dust isn't as big of a issue.
