£25 for platinum valet at best it was worth £10 ,last time I go there rubbish

am absolutely furious with the customer service at Happy Car Wash! They have the audacity to overcharge me £40 for a quick wash that was supposed to be a simple and affordable service. The staff’s lack of transparency and honesty is appalling, and their blatant disregard for fair pricing is completely unacceptable. I demand a refund and an explanation for this outrageous behavior. Happy Car Wash should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers in such a deceitful manner I hope you find look with business u need it you nittys❤️

Honestly so disappointed and upset with the experience. Wanted a full valet inside and out, was charged £40 they had my car from 10pm until 3:30, came back and car was still dirty inside hadn’t been cleaned properly at all was a mess. My seats were soaking wet, all the sides full of dust and dirt still hadn’t even been wiped. I addressed this with them which then the staff members disagreed and started to get aggressive in their tone. As a young girl I felt intimidated. They were stood laughing as I asked for some sort of money back or something sorting as they had already had my car for how many hours I wanted to go home. Honestly feel like if I was a grown man this wouldn’t have happened I left £40 down with a still dirty car.

Wife took car there today brought it home and I did it again.tyre black all up the wings,black streaks down from mirrors, still dirty were windows meet door tops.A bit more time was needed you could tell it was rushed to get on to the next one.RIPPED OFF FOR £25 for 15min work.

I went to happy car services in Rochdale exchange shopping centre. Thr guy said the cheapest wash is £20! For a mini valet. I thought they would do a great job as that's alot of money!! Unfortunately they just cleaned windows inside, washed two mats, brief vac and washed car from outside which was not to standard. The glove boxes, near the handbrake, rest of car had dust sitting on which U had to clean myself after. Never going to use their services again. A complete rip off!!

I am honestly so impressed!! I had been meaning to ask these guys a few times but never had the time. However today I did. They quoted £20 for inside and outside! I went shopping and they did it during that time. I've never Had a clean so thoroughly done! I gave them £30 as they absolutely deserved that!
