I am a regular user and I am never disappointed. They are quick, efficient, and always leave your car looking great. They are reasonably priced for a standard wash and dry (£7), and always get you through in good time, even when they are extremely busy.

Awful new management. Still displaying old prices but charges more. Asked for the £15 silver, 1st said £18 as "big car" (nissan juke) said ok, then he opened the car door and said extra £10 for hoovering, making £28. Silver includes hoovering but he just kept saying extra £10. Gave him the £7 for the wash and told him to forget it

I'm not sure how one goes about requesting anything other than an 'express wash' (which was fine, as that's what I wanted) as communication was.... minimal. But I have no complaints, despite it being at the busy time ( between 12 and 3pm on weekday) and there being a queue of 3 cars ahead of me waiting for the first stage, it took 30 mins to get through with 3 staff. I'm happy with the result. I would use again.

Have been using these for years but last 2 visits were poor for customer service. 1st bad visit was a couple of weeks ago, went for mini valet, they said itll cost extra because its dirty, yes it needed a hoover thats why i was there but it wasn't bad, so just had the wash and left, i think they just didn't want to do it because they were busy. 2nd bad visit was today, exactly the same, washed car then said it will be extra for the dirt and this time it was even less than the last time. I needed it doing this time so I said to leave the dry and wax and just do the inside, so paid full price for half the work to be done. Shame as its so close and convenient but time for us to go elsewhere in the future
