Car-Spa Hand Car Wash

The signs telling you the cost for things are incorrect as try to charge you more for any excuse. Has a Kia c'eed and wanted a mini valet, which clearly states £20 but demanded £25 which was for 4x4 because the car was dirty! 😆 (not excessively dirty) noticed a decline in pride of work at this place and also with steep hike in charges, won't go here again nor recommend to anyone! AVOID!

Absolutely dreadful. It’s like they don’t actually want to clean your car and resent the fact you’re there. They are expensive in the first place compared to others and do half a job compared to others. Pictures are taken after a mini valet.

Worst car wash ever took my van for mini valet they sweep all the stuff in a compartment in the van. My 10 year old could do a better job for pocket money.absolutley rubbish they should be shut down. Also my locking wheel nut disappeared so damn annoyed 😠

Absolutely disgusting, £8.50 for a car wash and didn't even clean the roof. If it wasn't for the distance I'd take it back

£25 for an A4 estate to be cleaned inside and outside. They accept card which is really handy, and it usually only takes 30 minutes, which is enough time to pop into the pet shop or cafe. Happy with the standard of clean

Not good ! Left suds everywere& we had paid extra for it to be dried which they told us after was an extra charge ! Will not be using again

Used to go every week here, (always good). Last 6 months been dreadful. Last 4 times leathered it myself as they hardly bother. I'd get back home and have to do it myself. Went last week for the last time, had a wash, let it dry by itself and you could see everywhere they'd missed! Dreadful!! Won't ever go again, shame as it was close to home.

It felt like my car had a mini spa day, and now I can't stop admiring it every time I walk past. Friendly people, top-quality service, and seriously impressive results. If your car's looking a bit sad, take it here - they'll make it shine brighter than your future!

Narhhh don’t bother

They stole from my car. My partner’s Bluetooth radio transmitter (£20) and superfast iPhone charger were taken while it was in their care. We were using both literally minutes before pulling into the car wash, and realised they were missing as soon as we got home. Nobody else had access to the car. It was 100% them. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the actual wash was terrible — grime still on the car, half the job done, totally not worth the money. This place is not only useless, they’re untrustworthy. If you value your belongings — and expect even a basic standard of service — go elsewhere. Absolute disgrace

PLEASE change your opening times I wasted my time driving to your car wash after work today monday 16th December 2024 only to find it was closed before 5pm? The times on Google say 5:30 closing?

Avoid! Had some bird poo on car and it looks like they have tried to remove with wire scourer. Tried tcut and it’s too deep so now I’m having to pay to have it done. Awful place!

Truly terrible, left so many scratches on the paint. The was still soap on the car when they decided they were finished. It honestly looked better before the wash.

Impressed with the speed and results friendly staff shall definitely use this place again
