Really rude member of staff on till. I asked if I could redeem my bp me points but refused because I had already said I was paying by card! Complained to bp head office who credited points straight away. This garage although in a prime spot has a reputation of underhand tactics and at one time copying customers card details!!!! Avoid

Staff are rude, charging incorrect price for cigarettes, when challenged I was told I could purchase cheaper elsewhere but not here… when item was scanned the item description and price was for a different product embassy’s signature gold being sold as embassy number 1, the difference of I’ve £3 per packet,I am local to this store and this place is convenient but now refuse to use ever again

TERRIBLE!!! 9th may 12.30pm rude male staff member, having a go at an old lady, who was clearly hard of hearing and shouting at other customers. Shouldn't work in retail if you can't be polite to your customers, very disrespectful and unprofessional.

vacuum is useless, you need to do more maintenance, maybe a daily check

Watched the cashier steal my change kept it in his had thinking I'd forgotten about it then put it in the till once I turned around said nothing to me I knew he had it wanted to see what he would do was under 1 pound so no big loss to see people's true colours disgusting behaviour that money could be the difference of someones Child eating that day !!!

Always used this shop and staff have been friendly… Just been in and the man was very rude talking on the phone while serving! Gave him 20 pound to pay for a can of pop and a chocolate and he tried to short change me 10 pound

Staff are too lazy to change the prices which is on offer says £3.10 but wants £6🤣

Absolutely disgusting I was desperate for gas and electric the man refused to do it saying the machine was not on when the machine clearing saying ready to start after begging and begging he did it for me to then cancel it I had to get my kids home to feed them, this is disgraceful sort your customer service out BP

My wife popped along to this garage when we were staying at the nearby Premier Inn to purchase some waters etc. The cashier was rude and aggressive and refused to serve her (no explaination why).

Never found the staff to be rude here. Only helpful.

Very disappointing they do not sell premium fuel

Just popped in to get car washed. Asked at counter for car wash. I wear a disability lanyard round my neck as I am dyslexic and dyspraxic. The man looked me up and down and pointed at the list on the wall. I asked for silver... He abruptly pulled my card over the pad to pay hastily removing the 25p charity option without asking if I wished to make a donation and thrust my reciept at me. Really made me feel uncomfortable.

I found the Indian man at the check out very rude when I filled up there yesterday (Saturday 16th January 2021). While he was serving me he was face timing some one on his phone. At first attempt my BP fuel card didn't scan. He aggressively said your card has been declined you need to pay by another means. I asked him to try again and it worked. I won't be going there again. 🙁

Service without a smile! The people who work there are miserable sods! Oh and I filled up there today and managed to spill a little diesel. I noticed that the fuel I'd got on the floor was horrible rusty colour. So I'd advise people to avoid using this place. I will in future.

Once it had a Subway branch within the petrol station shop. Now taken over by Morrison's, the subway franchise has gone. Please delete this from Subway facilities.

Prices if items incorrect and overcharging people
