Never again. Scratched my 73 plate. Car looks dirtier than before visiting

Would give them less than 1 star if I could. They tried to swindle me and charge me more than the actual price. They took 30mins just to wash the outside of my small car. Never felt so uncomfortable in my life, the men were just staring at me and laughing to eachother (probably discussing the fact that they’re tried to fob me off). I asked to speak to the manager and he walked over with a glass of alcohol in his hand (before 9am) and he tried to tell me that I’m wrong and that they always charge that much but I told them that their sign says otherwise🤷🏽‍♀️ Girls, don’t even bother going there

Very disappointed with the Service, went for a wash and dry they washed it but drying was not completely satisfying. The job was still half finished. I went there for the first time, and I think it’s gonna be the last time.

Worst car wash i have ever been to tried them twice now. Tried using the brush and i stopped them. Left bird stains in 3 locations. Top of rear windows loads of mess and cleaned. Top him to jet wash bird stains again and did not do it properly. Literally done about 50% of the job. Avoid

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Paid £18 for the mini valet this morning and left with a scratched up wing mirror and stains to my passenger seat. They'd spilled their cleaning products but I'd stupidly assumed it was water as they didn't mention anything, took my money and walked off before I'd realised. I'm now going to have to spend a fortune cleaning it up as it's a company car 😔

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE!!! They use a hard brush to clean a car . Don't clean the car in one way but circular motion. They use dirty rags to wipe the car. I have multiple scratches now !!!

Excellent service. Very competitive rates cheaper and better than others. Thorough wash and clean inside and out. They took their time rather than rushing. Staff are great. Thank you Autoshine

Rubbish. Will never use this place again, the bloke that "dried" my car left smears on glass and mirrors, not surprising as he did it one handed while he was chatting on his phone !! Sipping from a cheap beer can in between, left door shuts filthy. Also kindly left scratches on both rear panels when reaching over to dry rear windscreen, never lifted the boot lid to wipe the paintwork. A blind man with a guide dog could have done a better job, I went over my car to clean missed areas myself when I got home. They should be paying us to go there !!

I thought very rude, no interaction no convo other than to ask for money and then theh tried to overcharge, £6 for a wash, didn't rinse the roof didn't lift any wipers didnt clean very well and left debris on tailgate. Won't be using them again back to washing my cars myself in future, used to be a good car wash until it was sold

Will not use these again!! Still dirt around the car ( on the arches, doors and sills ) and also scratched all my cars paint with a brush!! Not even worth the one star rating!!

It's OK, but that's as far as I'd go. They wash your car to a fairly good standard. My only gripe would be the use of a brush to wash parts of the car, I know they are designed for cars but I always think about the damage they could do to the paintwork especially if they pick up grit.
