I honestly can’t recommend PRESTIGE HAND CAR WASH highly enough. From the moment I arrived, Bess was incredibly friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. I recently bought a new vehicle that had some deep scratches which I was convinced would cost an arm and a leg to repair. Bess took the time to assess the damage, explained what could be done, and completely surprised me with the results. He managed to remove the scratches for a fraction of what I expected to pay, and the finish looks absolutely fantastic. On top of that, the whole team did an outstanding job washing and valeting the car. The attention to detail was excellent, and they treated the vehicle as if it were their own. It left looking spotless inside and out, with a real showroom finish. It’s rare to find a business that combines great customer service, honest pricing and exceptional workmanship, but that’s exactly what you’ll get here. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Prestige Hand Car Wash to friends and family. Without a doubt, this is the best hand car wash in Walsall, West Midlands. Very very bad car wash. Worker no good, very slow slow, take forever and car still dirty. No clean good. Place very dirty, smell bad bad, stinks too much, cannot stand. Staff very bad, aggressive, no talk, no help, just look angry. No respect. Don’t come. Go other car wash in Birmingham, much better. This one very bad, waste money time.

Depends who's shift is. New workers absolutely shouldn't work there. Was one of my favourite car wash, driving miles to get here for platinum valeting,and a consistent tip. No more.....

I had a great experience at this car wash and would highly recommend it to anyone. The team did an outstanding job, paying attention to every nook and corner of the car without even being asked. The level of detail and care they put into their work really shows. On top of that, the customer service was excellent very friendly, welcoming, and professional staff who made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The pricing is also very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Definitely worth it, and I’ll be coming back again and again...😊

Great quality clean, good value (£8 basic wash and dry), friendly guys. I think it’s under new ownership and is now actually called Prestige Hand Car Wash, not Ace Hand Car Wash

this is a much better place now they have had indoor seating,the whole place has had a makeover,staff are friendly worth a visit.
