customer service is non-existent the place is a joke and the staff are very rude avoid at all cost my car always dirty after having a wash at there place in pleck seriously hate going there the steff dont speak just nod there head

Wow I'm shocked. My sister just told me she paid £70 for a valet and how is her car still dirty? It's like the back has not even been touched. I've had my car washed at home for 30/40 they didn't even put fragrance in the car to make it smell good, it smelt so bad I couldn't even step inside it. This place maybe good for other stuff but as a car wash, I would 100% avoid it. They're a scam!

It was a rushed service, and they used less foam. My front windscreen was partially covered in chemicals. Also, they didn't use tire shine at the end of my wash as stated. I won't be returning.

Scammers!! My daughter went to wash her nissan Juke today they tried to charge her £90, they kept the car for 4 hours and when she got it back i could not believe the marks on the back, the car smelt terrible and had marks all over the back. If you're a woman dont go there, theyll just scam you. Car wash just down the road with tyre shop is so much better my husband has used it before. Very honest people.

SCAM!!! Possibly the worst car wash I’ve ever, ever been to, they tried to charge me £90 even though it said £70 on the board and when I started to walk away they were like “okay we will do it for £70” the car is still filthy at the back, marks all over it. They’re at a very good location which is why they get a lot of customers. I don’t generally write reviews but don’t want someone else to get scammed so you’re better off going else where and there’s plenty of car washes around Walsall & Wednesbury.

The person who washed my car kept pressurising me to have a dry too. After telling him no numerous times. Left soap on some places. Otherwise it used to be my go to

I had such a positive experience from start to finish with these guys using their ‘come to you’ valet service. Inside and outside has been cleaned to perfection and smelling really good. Was neglected before but back to looking like it did at the showroom. Don’t hesitate to book.

It's the best place

These guys come and valet my car while I'm at work every couple of weeks, they always do an amazing job inside and out, they work around my busy schedule and are so reliable which is what I needed after a previous valet messed me about, so glad I found them. Can't recommend them enough!
