WARNING: Do not leave your car here. After my visit, my AirPods were missing from inside my vehicle. I immediately reported it, and the owner promised to replace them but never did. I was left with no resolution, no accountability, and no compensation. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If you value your belongings, I would not trust this business with your car. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH.

Excellent service, had a super valet. Very pleased with the finish. This place is perfectly organised and managed. Its a carefully orchestrated conveyor belt of car cleaning activities. Highly recommend and will be back.

Always do a great job with my truck inside and out.

Always wash my car well and the guys here most are very friendly. Can use card machine which is so handy.

Did a great job apart from the jet washed the locker off my car. But it's not there fault as its an old car lol

I took my Mercedes for a wash on Friday and was charged £45 for a super valet. I was really shocked because when my mate picked it up, the job was so unprofessional for the amount I paid. I had to return the car to show them the poor work. The guy apologised and asked me to wait, then came back with a wet towel and wiped the interior for five minutes—that was all. For anyone going there, please be careful, because you may not get what you’re paying for. I’ve been to many car washes in the Midlands and I’ve always been happy with the service, but Express Hand Car Wash really let me down.

Very poor paid way more than what it said on the bored and they didn’t hover the boot or polish my dash , the car was dirty still after the jet wash , I told them and it said “it don’t matter “

Called in with new Range Rover Sport on way to delivering. Good job done however I was a little concerned of being bumped by other vehicles as the car wash area was very restricted and congested. Thanks tho guys. 👌
