I paid £7000 for a 66reg Volvo bro cross country. I took it to big motor world. They would only give me £2500. They say that the car was a death trap. In 2018 the car had only traveled 350 miles in that year. They say that the car was clocked. The respray they had done on the car was too thin. They had gone over it in great detail.

purchased a car from Yosuf at Kelvin Way Motors a few months back, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Brought a bmw from here when I looked at it I said something was wrong exhaust sounded as if it was blowing he said we will sort any problems pay £300 deposit and can have it back if not satisfied. When we went to pick up the car the grill had been broken and still sounded the same asked for deposit back would not let us have it said there was nothing wrong it passed mot took us to his garage to prove it passed ect. Had to take car as would not give deposit back. Turned out a bracket was missing from catalytic converter and one of the exhaust brackets was broken. Also stated it had a full service which it had not just oil and filter change rip off merchant avoid at all cost. Also owner has a bad attitude and temper when he is questioned

Went to Kelvin Motors specifically looking for a Volkswagen Polo I’d seen on the website. The team there were cooperative and eager to fix any issue there was with the car. Sadly the battery died just a couple days after due to old age (tested) but Yusuf drove all the way down to give me a new one and once again was eager to help, also because of my warranty. Helpful and reliable company especially with the upkeep of the vehicle for however long it has been with them, giving it a long fruitful life with me. Thanks Yusuf and the team!

Got my tyres changed here good tyres good price and the young lad who changed my tyres very nice polite and professional, also can get your car washed after tyre change here definitely recommend

I had a very bad experience with the owner I had three months warranty on the car I'm a mechanic ,before the car was handed to me the owner took the car for MOT, they failed it the first time for two front track rod ends and they got the parts replaced and managed to pass it I received the car once everything was done but as a mechanic I always double check to make sure that everything was fixed and repaired accordingly As I checked my car I noticed that my front shock absorbers was leaking and that the front dics and pads were worn I told myself I will take it back to get it sorted because I was under warranty When I went back I explained to him the situation , I was there for 45 minutes because he never believed me . He took me to the mot tester and I was there for 30 minutes explaining myself Long story short I called DVLA and I was able to get my parts sorted . I had no other choice because the owner was being funny with me . It's was like he didn't wanna fix my car because the money is coming from his pocket since my car is under warranty my car deserves to be fixed if anything goes wrong

Brought my first car, a SEAT Mii, from Kelvin Way Motors. I cannot fault their customer service at all. They were completely honest with me and gave me pros and cons of all the cars i was interested in. They allowed me to do checks on the car without being hovered over which was much appreciated. The car was serviced beforehand and drove perfectly well. The staff were very helpful and replied quickly to all my questions on What’s app. I would definitely recommend them!

Do not buy from them! They sold me a dodgy Ford Fiesta that I later found out had no pipe for the coolant to the radiator and had no clamp on the battery! For some strange coincidence too the bonnet release was broken. Stay away from this dealership!

I did have a couple of things with the vehicle that I was unsure about, but Yosuf could not have been any more helpful. He got everything sorted out very fast and always kept me updated. I have just purchased a car from Joseph and the team at Kelvin Way Motors and they could not have done more or been more helpful. I had the car AA comprehensively inspected and it came out with mainly ‘green good’ ticks, and any minor issues were rectified by the garage and the car MOt’d and serviced. I paid extra for delivery which was also excellent. Definitely recommend as decent/honest sellers.

I purchased a cat s damaged peugeot 308 pure tech 2019. The service I received was second to none and puts main dealers to shame. I was left to my own devices with the car (NEVER PRESSURED). If I needed to ask a question or wanted to know about the car they were more than happy to assist with my enquires. Also took car for a test drive and only when I was 100% happy with the car would they accept me to purchase. The car wasn't gonna be sold without a full service and fresh mot so I waited a week and collected car. 2/3 months into my ownership and I still love the car and would definitely by from this dealer again. THANKYOU FOF A PLEASENT EXPERIENCE IN PURCHASING A SECOND HAND CAR.
