IMO Car Wash

Worker there seemed to just rush the wash before going through machine wash. Wheels wasnt fully clean and makes me think the worker was blind or couldnt care less. Water marks all over back window when i came out other end too. A bit poor if Im being honest. Wont be going back to this one again

Would you with caution and don’t bother with anything more than a basic wash. I asked the guy after the car had been through the wash if the alloys were meant to be cleaned, he said there’s no guarantee. What’s the point in charging for a service you can’t provide? If alloy spa is just a rinse then don’t put it in a package and try charging for it.

Hi, I have a complaint. I have arrived at your Smethwick/Oldbury site this moring at 9am. I have paid for a carwash and come out the other end with my car still covered with dirt. It is really obvious across the bonnet of the vehicle. I have made the operator aware of the incident and he shrugged his shoulders and said "Not my problem brother, i did not wash the car, the machine did it". I have been a customer for a while and spent a lot of money with yourselves. I do not think it is acceptable to be sent away with a dirt covered moto4 vehicle from a car wash! How are you going to reseolve this matter?

The prices showing in the photos are old and not updated, if you want to wash, wash only then its better to go sainsbury car wash machine they have less price and better than here, my car also got scratched
