Very disappointed today. I have been coming here before and usually paid £20 for a wash, dry, and interior vacuum. Today, without any clear explanation, I was charged £30 for the same service. On top of that, the staff used the same dirty cloth to wipe every part of the car without changing it, which is not professional at all and could easily damage the paintwork or spread dirt around the vehicle. This feels dishonest and unfair. Customers should be told clearly about any price changes before the work starts, not after the job is done. I do not appreciate being overcharged. Because of this experience, I will never come back again and would not recommend this place to others.
