Great service and really good job. Paid for mini valet and got a job done for what I paid for. Hopefully get this good service every time

They go though the motions, still some areas left unattended like glue residue on the windscreen from a satnav. Good service for a refresh rather than deep clean (mini valet)

They done half of a job and I told them still my new car I just brought as I have passed their still mold on mirrors that need wash off and not happy with mini valet would not recommend to come here for car wash

It’s just okay. I got a mini valet - outside was washed ok but the inside left a lot to be desired as I noticed some dust still on seats and dashboard. Some extra attention to detail would be good. It’s decent if you don’t really care about the inside and just want a top-up for an already cleanish car.

Awful customer service. The staff were disrespectful and didn’t listen to me at all. I drove 30 minutes to get there and checked Google Maps beforehand, which showed the closing time as 7pm. I arrived at 6:05pm, but they refused to accept my car, saying there was a sign showing 6pm as closing time. When I mentioned the time listed on Google, the manager said he didn’t know how to update it and that it had been like this for 15 years. He didn’t even let me explain properly. At the end, when I took a photo, he told me to be respectful, which I found unfair. Customers have the right to rely on correct information and to leave reviews. Overall, very poor customer service. I do not recommend this place.

Very good place and service very quick good for value and price had a mini valet Yh it was very busy and we was in and out in 25 minutes people are sound seems a nice place to go and get your car washed definitely will be back and recommend.

Rubbish car wash, I only say because after leaving my car with these guys for a mini valet. I had come back to my car with some of my belongings wet as if someone had tried to go through my belongings. I raised this with the manager to only be told about the extent of work he had to do on my car and nothing about what happened with my personal belongings. I still paid the full amount and I left it as that and I will never return again and I advise people not to even bother going there as these guys will try to take from you while your car is in for a wash. Or if you do wash with these guys make sure you keep an eye on them or stay in your car at all times.
