I’ve been using these for years but unfortunately I won’t be going back. My wife took her car here on Friday and because she was a lady on her own they thought they could take advantage of her. They tried charging her more than the advertised price, then when she said she’d leave offered her a reduced price. The clean they’ve done is terrible, they spent 10 minutes on and it’s still dirty inside. The worst part is they emptied out the change from within her cup holder and never put it back, so they’ve stolen money. I’ll be going down to see the owner tomorrow, and if they don’t offer an apology and return the money then I’ll be contacting the police.

Crappy service. As a first timer, they gave me a discount after i asked from £40 to £30 for my minivan, and the said will wash and wax, but the only wash the car and they didn’t vacuum the inside properly, they did not even open the boot at all, and when I opened the boat and show them the dust behind they kept on arguing that it was because I paid 35 pounds, then I told them they should’ve told me the discounts was for a half wash, not a full one, but they just keep staring at me and looking at me rudely like I was talking crazy. Overall, I’ll give them a one star over five because the service was not satisfactory, my car still looks dirty on the inside and doesn’t look polished at all. I would’ve done a better job at home, I wouldn’t recommend them.

I've been coming here for probably 3 years now, even when I moved house I still travel back to this car wash. Always rated the place and recommended it to others due to the attention to detail. Over recent months the quality has deteriorated. Today it took ages to get the cleaning started and then the cleaning was rushed. Got home to find a spray residue left all over my bonet and the lower parts of my car still really dirty. Unfortunately think I'm gonna have to go somewhere else for future cleans.

Had my car done there today for the 1st time. Citroen C4. When I went to collect my car was so impressed. How clean inside and outside it was, the guys who work there are very professional and polite. When definitely be coming back.

I was disappointed with this service. I paid £25 for a full interior and exterior wash, complete with wax and dashboard cleaning, yet I had to point out several spots of dirt, and the water wasn’t dried properly. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this car wash.

This is the most useless place i have ever seen. All they know if pressure wash and anything aside that they just waste your time and money . Had to wait for almost 3 hours just for them not to even vacuum my car and boot just kept denying and acting strange. I am so angry about the money i had to waste . Will never in my life come close to your rubbish car wash. Paid for valet and they did not even clean my car sit, what a joke of a place. All they are good at is just pressure wash but anything extra will all be worthless. I am still in pain😡😡😡

Have used this car wash several times just for exterior cleans - always a great service. Needed a full exterior and interior clean today which was done in 30 mins - car looked brand new ( a great achievement bearing in mind I have dogs!) Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service, i was in a right pickle, my 4 yrs old grandson had tipped a whole can of baby powder over the back seat, it didn't just stay there lol, every nook and cranny, had to have a valet, all I can say is WOW!! what an amazing job they have done not a speck anywhere, definitely will go back there again, nothing to much trouble, Thank You you are stars🌟🌟

Went today the lads there are amazing and what a brilliant job they did , they wasn't happy with the cleaning so they cleaned them again and re dried the car , well done won't go any where else now 100% reckon 👏
