Hand Car Wash In Stafford

This used to be a good car wash, but recently/ the last two times I came, the staff (and I’m referring here to one individual) has been very rude and refusing to offer the £20 mini valet wash saying the car is too dirty. The time before last, he tried scamming us, saying the £20 option is no longer available, “things got expensive since you’ve last time been here, it’s now £30” to which we’ve said okay, but at the end his colleague charged as £20. Today (07/09/25), I drove in asking for the £20 mini valet wash which is advertised on their banner to which the first guy I’ve interacted with said okay. Next, the same individual mentioned above came to my car saying that is very dirty, poked his head inside my car saying again is very dirty and pointed out that I don’t come very often and said he can do the full valet for £30 to which I’ve said no, then he proposed £25 to which I’ve drove off as I don’t have time for his altitude or negotiating something that is clearly advertised. Yes, maybe the car was dirty, that’s why I was in a car wash, but they shouldn’t advertise options they can’t offer and they should certainly hire someone that’s not rude and can manage customer service. The state of the car can be seen in the photos attached, clean black leather inside, but indeed very dirty floor which needed vacuuming. Normal outside dirt, nothing excessive as he was trying to make it sound. I no longer recommend this place, there are other places in Stafford that offer a better service.

Absolutely amazing did such a good job of our car. After getting my car covered in slurry, you can imagine the smell which was completely gone afterwards. An amazing deep and thorough job, you couldn’t tell it happened . Definitely coming here again the man worked so hard and had an infectious smile.

The car was cleaned well, not a problem there. The problems started before I even drove away. I had faults with my indicators and wipers and the passenger window would not open from the passenger side. This indicates water damage. I spoke to the person leading the team and he said "not our problem". Had it looked at by a great local garage and they think it is water damage to a central module. £570 to fix. Will this place make good on that? I doubt it.

Most of the time fine, perhaps avoid the saturday lot given the fact they opened the door and just sprayed water into my car rebounding off the door.. spray back of dirt on my face is ridiculous
